Drove all the way from Austin and had to take an emergency call as the class started. Studio staff would not let me workout because I was on the phone passed the 5 min cut off. I have never had this happen to me. ZERO STARS and I will never return. If this was my home studio I would have cancelled right there on the spot. Check your attitude at the door when speaking to people that pay money to be at your facility.
