So I was a little nervous when calling to make my appointment. I walked in at my scheduled time and after meeting Mai...my fears were quickly put to rest. Mai really looked at my lashes, told me what she would be doing and got to work. She was so nice and made sure I was comfortable. The process was painless and my eyelashes looked great! I come back two weeks later for my fill and again...my lashes looked awesome. The following day I went to an appointment at different place for my eyebrows. The technician put pressure on the one eye which caused a few lashes to come out. So I contacted Dolled Up Studio to ask what charge would be to fill in just a few lashes on the one eye. They graciously offered to do it at no charge. Which was a pleasant surprise. I can't say enough good things about Dolled Up studio and especially Mai! Making an appointment was easy online and you get text confirmation almost right away. Mai is excellent! She does such quality work and genuinely wants you to be happy with the end result. The prices are reasonable too. The only negative thing I can say is their website still has their old location listed. That might need to be updated to avoid any confusion.
