I came to Mamari Jewelers to get my ring appraised and had a great experience with the staff who are all very friendly and welcoming. I was greeted the moment I walked in and Rami helped me right away by asking what they can help with. I informed him I needed an appraisal on my ring for insurance purposes and also asked his advice in regards to my ring spinning around since my finger is very thin in relation to my knuckle. He discussed the pros and cons of getting sizing beads vs resizing my ring and ultimately let me decide on which option with no pressure to go with one vs the other. I decided to get small sizing beads since they can always be easily removed. I was offered something to drink as I waited for my appraisal and sizing beads to be completed. The appraisal was done right there in front of me; the owner even let me look in under the scope and showed me the GIA inscription on the diamond. Less than an hour later I was headed home with my appraisal document, sizing beads added and my clean and polished ring that now fits comfortably and doesn't spin anymore. It's great that they didn't require me to drop off my ring and got everything done so quickly while I was in the store. Now I understand how they could possibly have so many consecutive 5 star reviews. It's tough to run a business and please all your customers, but this place does it right! read more

I went into their store less than a week prior to my birthday and picked out a beautiful ring I intended on my boyfriend coming in and buying for me.
