They said they had to take toilet out and it would take 1-1/2 to repair. It just needed a washer coming from the plumbing. I bought a washer for .35 and spend 10 minutes on the repair. After a 7 hour drive to get there, they spent 10 minutes looking at the unit and said bring back another time and we will repair. We pleaded with them to leave it there so that we didn't have to make another 14 hour round trip just to drop it off. (Their lot is giant and had acres of space) We were very polite and respectful. The service manager was beyond rude and after we escalated to the manufacturer and had them talk to the service manager, he agreed to let us leave it, but was rude about it. We picked the unit up repaired several months later and they charged us to fill both our twin propane tanks which had been filled when we purchased it and we had only used the two burner stove once. Apparently he felt we had to pay for something. The older owners while they seemed nice, didn't seem to have much of an interest in customer service.

Van Taylor for the three-day weekend and used it to its full capacity. We transported surfboards, bicycles, luggage, and more.
