My granddaughter is only 12 years old and I was sitting next to her. The lady who I think was the manager was wearing a mask over her mouth so it was even harder to understand what she was saying. They are very adamant you don't leave too soon after drying your toenails if you have to put shoes on, so make time to occupy yourself for a bit after. They'll insist on putting a protective gel and baggies over your feet before you go too, just do it. I like that they aren't pushy about add on's and they don't really talk much, to you or each other. and I actually find the Hallmark channel hilariously entertaining. So dramatic, reminds me of Beverly Hills 90210. While your toes dry under the cabinet by some "magical" light and a fan that blows like a winded asthma sufferer, you are entertained by creepy artifacts. About five model hands displaying different nail types you can get on each finger. Four of the hands look like they come from a 70 year old woman with serious age spots that could very well be cancerous. And one hand so pale you can see their veins pulsing beneath the skin. And in the center is a glass swan, if you pick it up, cusped within its back is some random nails that didn't make the display boards of over a hundred designs you can view. Rejects? Garbage? The best ones of them all? You won't know unless you pick them out and look! And don't forget to observe the dusty peach? tree perched up high, taped down securely to the top of the shelf. I like to think it brings good luck to all who sit below it. Overall this place is a great deal for the price. I think it'll be my go-to.
