I recently moved from southern California to Scottsdale and I have been looking for a place that can perfectly shape my eyebrows. Searching on Yelp for the best eyebrow threading place near my location, I came across Beautif-Eye North. I called and they let me know that I can just walk in. Upon my arrival it was hard at first to find but its near the subway and Starbucks. When I got inside I was greeted with a smile and they took care of me right away. Alora was the one who did my eyebrows and upper lip she was super nice and knew what she was doing. I would definitely come here again. I would definitely recommend others to do so as well. I highly recommend Beautif-Eye for many reasons!!! (A few months ago I was short on time so I went to 'another place' close to home to get my lash extensions done.) (I had the most awful experience, I was there for 2 1/2 hours getting them on and then went right back and got them off, and was there another hour. I left there in so much pain and discomfort and still had glue on my eyelids, I had lost many of my own lashes in the process.) I almost went to the ER. So, the next morning I called to make an appointment at Beautif-Eye (where I usually go), I was in tears.... I spoke with Iris, she was so very helpful and reassured me that they would get my lashes back to normal. She made the appointment right then and I was able to see Alix (who I always make an appointment with) that day. Alix was so gentle and helpful in getting what was left on my eyes off. I left feeling hopeful that everything was going to be ok. (My daughters wedding was in 1 month, Alix made sure my lashes were perfect for that day!) This is my new go-to place for threading. I had a real hack job from my last threading experience at another salon. My eyebrows were uneven and pretty thin, and one had a bald spot so I had avoided the professionals for some time and had been picking at stray hairs myself with tweezers. Needless to say I came in with an uneven mess. I didn't have an appointment and they were booked for the rest of the evening, but they said they would try to squeeze me in if I could wait 15 minutes. After finally psyching myself up to finally get threaded again I wasn't going to chicken out and leave over a 15 minute wait. Diana was able to see me after about 5 minutes. She took the time to really LOOK at my face and brows before she got started and she did a painless and phenomenal job. She was tactful about the unevenness I had, she didn't shame me but we both knew it was there and she asked me questions about what direction I wanted to go with growing out my eyebrows or thinning them down to be even, etc. This place is a bit pricey, I'm used to spending $10 and eyebrows at this salon are $15. However, other salons never came close to this level of service. read more

My first time here Was January, I had my eyebrows threaded. The front desk was very welcoming ,professional and its a clean place. As far as my eyebrow threading service, the result wasn't much of a difference from when I walked in. I went home finishing the shaping & cleaning myself. During the service it pinched more than usual and I been getting my brows threaded for years but I just ignored it. The next few days the skin on my brow bone remained very tender then 1st time ever for me bunch of scabs showed up in the shape of slashes from the thread. So I don't think my threader had enough experience. I suggest a lot more practice ,take her time to avoid catching skin before hitting the floor. Also If you are an experienced threading client definitely say something if it doesn't feel right in service. Overall pleasant staff and place but the cuts & scabs definitely killed my experience. read more

I had been meaning to try threading since I didn't like how waxing seemed to be taking a little too much brow with it. I popped in before they closed and had Zinah thread my brows. I typically don't need shaping, just a cleanup and that's exactly what I got! It's not painful, just some slight discomfort every now and then but my eyes barely watered. My skin is pretty reactive so I was definitely sporting some red skin that night and a little pink in the morning but no rashes or breakouts afterwards. First time is $9, full price is $15 so I'll likely be back!! read more

First time I came for a full face threading, I forgot the lady's name but I totally loved it. She shaped my eyebrowns so beautifully and my skin felt so smooth. Second time, I went for a first time eye lash refill. My first time was with Amazing lash Studio, it was very pleasant, the girl did such a great job, she was extremely gentle and kept on asking me how I felt. With Beautif-eyes studio, my lashes came out ok (not as beautiful as my first place) but it hurt so much while the lady was working on them. when she tried to seperate the lashes that stuck together, I was tearing down so much. I felt that she was very not gentle. My eye lid still hurt when I got home, I also found some dots of glue on some of my eyelashes. Overall, the front desk girls are always very nice, the studio is clean, affordable price. I'll definitely come back for threading, not eye lashes. 09/13/15 Hi Mercie, The company that I previous visit did a really great job on my lashes, I did not find any lashes stuck together. The lashes stuck together when the girl started the session. I found dots of glue when I got home and many of the lashes stuck together. And during the session, for the lashes that stuck together, instead of using two tweezers to seperate them, the girl just stuck the tip of the tweezers in between and pulled. I was super excited to finally have a threading place in my area. I usually drive 20-30 minutes for this type of service. I walked in, because I've never had to make a threading Appt since it's such a quick turnaround time. I walked in and the front desk gal was extremely passive and not informative at all. She said they didn't have anything available for 45 minutes however there were 2 girls (employees) just standing there and no one else receiving services. As I was standing there trying to figure out what was going on (again the front desk girl did not make it clear what I was to do I.e. She was typing in the computer so I was assuming that she was putting me in the system and after about 5 minutes I asked if she needed anything else from me and she said no) another woman came in asking some questions about needing help with her fake eye lash strips. After a very weird exchange with ALL 3 employees not directly communicating with the woman as to what she was exactly asking for, and the woman just standing there not knowing what to do, I was also just standing there. I will never come back here. This was a really unorganized and non communicative customer service experience that was so off putting I will continue to drive the 20-30 minutes to my other places for this service. Had my eyebrows shaped and dyed. After two days I came back in for an apt for my lashed to be dyed. I noticed that the inner part of my eyebrows had not taken the dye, so I asked them to redo them, yet was charged again Okay no problem(I thought it was weird, but didn't say anything because I was pulled in with a special price offer originally.). I called a few days later(3)when I noticed my lashed where not dyed on the ends of lashes that they were actually lighter than the rest of my lashes. Really again! Anyway, I called the shop it was closed, when the shop called after there two days closed they told me I would have to pay for the lashes to be re-dyed since it had been 5 days! I have never seen such poor customer relationship. Why would they want to keep charging me for a service I was unsatisfied with. This is just on dying lashes and eyebrows, I couldn't imagine doing a more complicated procedure with them. Really like extensions. BEWARE read more

I use to be a regular who had an appt every two weeks for over 6 months. I was a very happy, kind and loyal customer. They all really liked me and i liked them. So when I had a reaction to the glue after six months, i called the studio THREE times, i even left a msg on one of the stylists Instagram accounts (they viewed the message and delete it) no one ever got back to me. No customer deserves that sort of treatment, but a kind, well mannered and a great tipper, certainly doesn't. When my eyelashes grew back i began to use another eyelash stylist and thats when I realized how mediocre this boutique is. Yes their location is clutch, but their eyelash service are NOT and neither is their service when a customer is in crisis. I also discovered that getting my brows done by a different stylist every other week was really misshaping my brows, because every stylist had a different idea of what was good for the shape of my brows. i have another business review with excellent services who have high ethical standards, use excellent quality glue and truly care about clients especially when the unexpected occurs, and it does happen. how a business responds to the unexpected truly reflects the standards and ethics they have regarding their clients and this business doesn't care about clients when customers have a reaction and that is called NEGLIGENCE. read more

Alora and Tori are life savers! I love this place! They really know what styles best suits each person. I've noticed that other places just thread your eyebrows with out really paying attention to detail. But here they take into account so many other things to help find the best style brow for you. $15 is very reasonable for the service and expertise you get at this company. The Staff & Owner were all AMAZING! I was a first time Lash Extension customer but at a different place less than 2 weeks prior. I was extremely disappointed in the outcome so I stopped into Beautif-EYE to ask a few questions. My lashes were uncomfortable and itched as well as didn't look good at all. The staff at Beautif-EYE was so friendly & caring. They invited me for a free consultation with the Lash Artist Danielle. Because she was currently with a client I came back later that day for my schedule consultation. Danielle recommended that I have them removed and replaced as job was beyond repairing. She removed my lashes for No Charge and I scheduled and appointment to come back in a week for a new full set. I almost cancelled as the first experience at the other place was so bad and I didn't know if I wanted to invest and try again. WOW! I am so glad that I did! I LOVE MY EYES! Danielle did a custom set on my eyes and they look SO NATURAL and BEAUTIFUL! It didn't hurt or burn when I opened my eyes. They do not itch. I can't even tell I have them where as the first set I had from the other place felt like I had heavy plastic lashes. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for years, this was my first time here and never have i ever had such a painful experience. I mainly needed a clean up, my brow shape was visible and clear. After the slow and torturous process i was left with two squares that were completely unshaped, spread very far apart with stragglers everywhere. Another worker came over to help shape them but when i got in the car i saw she did not leave them with a clean finish either. 4 hours later at home when i was removing the stragglers my eyebrows were still extremely tender. She was very careful with the lash tint to make sure that I was comfortable and that nothing got in my eyes. Tori did an amazing job threading and tinting my brows. They have never looked so even in my life AND they have the exact shape I asked for. SO impressed!! This is my new found home for my eyebrows in phoenix, I emailed this location prior to hearing over n they responded first star for customer service response. It was pretty empty when I got there which was cool I had my two daughters with me. So I knew the Walt would take a little bit. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. I didn't get attitude or felt like they might not have wanted to tend to me because of the amount of people I had with me. Star number two. The lady at the reception counter was so cool, down to earth. Diana was amazing my girls didn't complain about the threading hurting them at all they said Diana was so nice n treated them like princesses. I loved her u felt no pain she was very detailed, didn't rush the process. I am truly happy with my new found location n I will definitely be coming back with my girls n friends.
