I don't visit regularly but I knew this had to be place where I could find what I was looking for. At the time I'm posting this review, M-I-C-K-E-Y M-O-U-S-E and the crew is all the rave .. she gets it from her daddy honest. I remember going crazy over that mouse with gloves and she's not different. As I searched the website for balloons, I saw a few options that were reasonably priced and that were available for pick up within two hours. Before finishing my order, I had no idea there was a helium shortage .. was this on the news? Should I be concerned? I was completely oblivious to this. After placing my order, I received a phone call regarding my order. In the call two things happened: I was given a shorter wait time and an option for the coveted helium. When picking up the balloons, I didn't wait at all and they were ready as mentioned. Very friendly staff and eager to help with any additional questions or concerns. Party City came in clutch on my daughters special day, they didn't know it but I was very grateful for their customer service and making this dad a hero without a cape.

To say the staff is horrible is an understatement, we called to find out about having balloons…read morefilled with helium, they said "they only have helium on Saturdays and Sundays" and if I had my balloons filled today, I had to pick them up today..... not tomorrow morning. Rude and very unhelpful, we called the San Jose store, they were extremely helpful and kind, said we are more than welcome to bring our balloons to them for a fill because they fill every day of the week.
