We could not imagine celebrating our love, camping in the Ocala National Forest at the most beautiful private campground, with 100 of our loved ones without Under the Stars Glamping Adventures. From the moment Candice & I spoke on the phone I knew I found the company that could help make my dream wedding a reality & make sure my guests who never camped before were beyond comfortable & blown away by ambiance & hospitality. For months Candice & I spoke often getting to know each other. She really cares & wanted to understand & deliver exactly what I was envisioning for over 1,192 days! It was so exciting to finally meet at camp & watch her & her beautiful family set up the most comfortable Glamp tents & lounge tent. From the moment they arrived we all connected. They were so patient as we strategically placed tents throughout the campground sharing their opinions & helping us make it the best layout possible. The time, professionalism & care they put into our weekend, words will never explain. It's not easy setting up a tent city in Florida heat & it takes a lot of patience & her kids were in it to make it perfect! The talent the family has, hand making bed frames & night stands to give that extra special touch for our weekend. 1 year later, I'm still speechless & my heart is still so happy! The basic looking strip mall that this business is located in is so deceiving! When you enter the front door you are transported to an elegant venue with crystal chandeliers and beautiful lighting. The attention to detail is phenomenal. The owner was in the adjacent room setting up for a Minnie Mouse birthday party for (I think( tomorrow and I peeked. I had to. OMG~ the owner is extraordinary! She will sit down and make sure your budget and you event fit and she does it all! Brings an artistry, heart, passion and just pure love to every event. You need food? Decor? A bar? Our marriage counseling sessions were so helpful for our relationship but also for the planning and envision of the ceremony itself and our future together. Jenn is so easy to talk to and such a good listener; she made sure the ceremony was how we always dreamed it would be and more. Our ceremony was intimate and very sweet thanks to her. Not only she included our preferred rituals and personal beliefs in the scripts, but she also made sure my parents felt comfortable attending the ceremony in a foreign language by thinking about a translation of the whole speech for them. Jenn and Randi helped us with the planning of the reception as well. Thanks to their very nice taste in food, music, decorations and clothing we and our family and friends had the greatest time. Man vice two brides to be it is don't skimp on your DJ. You get what you pay for! Jeremy made it an incredibly memorable experience for everybody and I don't know that the atmosphere would have been the same if we did not hire footloose!! He spoke the most encouraging words to my husband and I and by the end of the evening I felt like he was more of a friend of the bride and groom. After 2 weeks they finally sent a contract saying to call with questions. We were excited to get the contact but had a few questions so tried reaching out, but again no response! Then, 1 day prior to the signing cut-off they sent an automated email stating that my wedding date had been given to someone else! I immediately reached out to ask what happened since we still had 1 more day but again, no response! They've really left me in a desperate situation since my wedding is only a few months away. Very disappointing after we were initially so excited to work with them and previously Kris seemed so engaged and professional and then completely let us down. Probably for the best, based on this experience we most likely wouldn't have received good service on the wedding day either. Good riddance!
