Incredibly disappointing bartending service for a wedding of nearly 200 guests. Please read before…read morebooking with them. The bartenders were serving shots in extremely small plastic cups, essentially the size of bottle caps. The issue was not simply that the cups were smaller than expected, it was that the bartenders were FLAT OUT telling guests to save and reuse their own cups because the bar did not have enough cups for everyone. What is particularly difficult to understand is that the venue knew in advance how many guests would be attending. Adequate cups for the number of guests should be a basic logistical consideration for a wedding of this size! In an effort to resolve the issue ourselves & spare the bride from having to deal with an embarrassing situation at her own wedding, we ended up ordering our own full-size shot glasses and having them delivered to the venue. We were not asking the venue to purchase anything or incur any additional expense. Despite this, the bartending staff STILL refused to use the full-size shot glasses we provided and continued using the extremely small plastic cups which they were allegedly running out of! I understand that venues may have policies regarding outside items, but if that was the case, this should have been communicated before the event. Refusing to use glasses that we had personally purchased to address a shortage left us with no reasonable explanation for why the issue could not be resolved. At that point, it was just about them being stingy with the alcohol. The bride and groom should not have to worry about basic bar supplies at their own wedding, nor should friends and family have to scramble to gather supplies because of the venue's apparent lack of preparation or regard for the number of guests. For anyone considering this venue for a wedding or large reception, make sure you're okay with the venue being incredibly stingy toward your guests. Based on our experience, I would not assume that the bar will be adequately prepared simply because the venue has been given the final guest count in advance.

He met with us several times in preparation for the wedding as well as answered many emails and phone calls. I was worried I was driving him crazy, but he was always helpful and eager to be of service. Just an excellent person and DJ! I didn't know what to expect from a $40/1 hr deal, and had never heard of XSIGHT before. But I looked at their website & FB page for previous shoots, and was pleased with their work. The Folsom location is out of the way for me as I live on the border of Elk Grove in Sacramento. But I definitely picked the right location with the scenery of Folsom as our backdrop. I had a great experience. Our photographer was Carlos and from the being he was friendly, social and seemed like he wanted to be there. He asked me if there were any places that I liked to go for backdrops and suggested some places. He even joked with my boys which I think made them feel more comfortable for our session. Within our hour session, we were able to get in pictures with 4 outdoor backdrops and 1 indoor shoot. My families photo viewing was just as good of a experience, because I finally got to see how our pictures looked....and I was pleased with how the photos turned out. The viewing session was very relaxed, Chris played the slide show and we even got to talking about my work as a Graphic Designer. Because Chris got to know of my background with photo editing and photography as well, he gave me my 8x10 on the CD I purchased. Which I thought was great because I could retouch it myself, and wasn't made to feel pressured to get the retouched 8x10 for an additional fee. He was even cool enough to give me the pictures I purchased in raw (Hi-Res) format, since I had worked with them before. With the Groupon deal being $40/1hr session & a CD of all images taken. As a Graphic Designer I thought that was an absolute steal, but after the shoot I found out that the CD was only for low res/web quality images. I was a little disappointed since I didn't see that noted in terms/conditions of the deal. If I overlooked that then of course that's on me, but I don't think I did.
