I found Larry out removing snow at a house across from my Dad, and literally ran up to him on the street asking if he would do my house. Not only is he reliable, he hand shovels my back patio, front walk way and porch. I had a family event one Saturday and asked him to come and do an extra removal of ice and lay some extra salt (he actually uses a salt alternative so it won't hurt your cement), he was there early scraping ice off my driveway. They came the same day I paid, and did a terrific job considering what I'd tried to do (it was bad) and the lawn looks great. So much so the city put a note on my front door to cut it! Not only did they come out the same week I called, they quoted me a great price and started working that same week. They had to break up my property into to two visits because it was so overgrown but they did such an excellent job. It looks like a completely different house! Extremely disappointed…read more I was quoted $85 for service, then told the next request that the price was a "promo" and the actual cost was $100, which was never disclosed upfront. After one plow visit using a pickup truck with a front blade, my concrete driveway showed clear surface damage consistent with plow contact and salt exposure, concentrated in tire paths near the garage. This damage was not present prior to service. Between the pricing inconsistency and the condition my driveway was left in, I would not recommend this company and will not be using them again.
