Unlike other places that will not touch someone else's piercing job, Kelly at forever adored said no problem. She made an appointment and we came in a week or so ago. I have to mention that there is a big parking lot, parking is not a hassle at all. Coming inside we were greeted. The receptionist knew why we were there and showed us the earring she could choose from. The office is spacious and welcoming. Everything is very clean. There were bottles of water and candy on the center table. Although it was quiet and professional, the two women were talkative and engaging with clients. I found myself wondering what I could have done! My daughter is happy with her piercings and really liked how Kelly put her at ease and took her time until my daughter was satisfied to proceed. I spoke with her on the phone and told her the venue was 1-1.5 hours away and asked if that would be okay and she said yes. I sent her the address as well that same day, one month before he event. She didn't bother to check until the day of the event one hour after she was supposed to have been there. She called and said that she could not come because of how far it was. When I questioned her about the information being provided one month ago she just said that she didn't check. We had also confirmed a few days before the wedding as well. She then offered to leave then which would have had her arrive 3 hours after scheduled or come the next day the day of the wedding which wouldn't work for us. Very unprofessional and unapologetic. If she had told me when I originally contacted her I could have found someone else however since it was after she was supposed to have started her services I was left with no options and I was unable to have henna for my wedding.
