Absolutely not, I'm not driving all the way back just to wait again! First, businesses should respect their clients' time and stay on schedule. If they're running behind, the least they can do is inform the client ahead of time. Second, after making a client wait for an hour, asking them to reschedule is unacceptable. We showed up on time for our appointment or even way early than our schedule the same respect should be given to us. Definitely not coming back.

I've gotten good treatments here. The problem is the front desk staff's lack of knowledge and…read moreconsistency. Every time I deal with them, I have to anticipate problems or advocate for myself. I bought a package and planned out what I treatments I would get over the course of six months, and the front desk lost the plan...twice. Prescriptions were sent to the wrong address. I once emailed with a question about extending my plan and never heard back, only to be told *I* made the mistake not knowing that the person I emailed had left the company. (I was also told that there was no way for them to know that I had emailed and there's no system for forwarding emails sent to employees who have left, which is utter B.S.) Other times I've called and tried to get help on something basic, only to get a "we won't do that " from the front desk -- I had to go to management for something that should have been an immediate "sure," especially for someone who had shelled out thousands of dollars for a "membership." Front desk staff has also shamed me for not doing all of my treatments 1x/mo (my life was total chaos -- major move, death in the family, job upheaval) and basically said I'd compromised all of my treatments by not doing them once a month. (It seems to have gotten better, but for awhile, the attitude from the front desk was really, really bad. Distinctly unhelpful and borderline snarky.) Then there was the time I went for one treatment and only realized after they'd pulled the machine up that they'd pulled the wrong machine -- they hadn't looked at my treatment plan. Then once I had a really painful treatment, only to be told AFTER the fact that I should have been given the stronger numbing cream, not the weak numbing cream. (Why have two? Why not just give everyone the strong one?) And once when I got botox, I specifically asked that the injector do it the way the previous injector there had done it (I didn't want too much botox), but there were no records or notes on what had been done before, and the new injector shot me up with far more botox than I needed or wanted. So, fine for the treatments themselves, but the place is far from a well-oiled machine in terms of management. You have to be super on top of them and expect them to fail. You have to ask them to keep records and look up records. You have to ask them explicitly to tell you how to prepare for treatments -- they'll just space on telling you. I get the sense that even the women doing the treatments know that the front desk/admin is hopeless.

The office staff was friendly I was extremely happy with my results. Therefore, I have continued to go throughout the years. I continue to get Botox (eyes and forehead) and 2 syringes of filler for under her eyes. However, my last visit I allow the new Dr. Fotsing to provide my filler and from her assessment/professional opinion. Dr. Fotsing proceeded to use 4 syringes of filler in my face throughout my cheeks, eyes and chin. Some of these areas I had never received filler in before. Subsequently, I had to return due to my face looking fat and extremely swollen. My face had a huge bruise under my left eye that looked like a black eye, because I'm very fair skin. That bruise remained for over a month. I had to continue to go outside for work with a bruise on my face this has never happened before. Knowing that I have a bruise for over a month when I returned in 2 weeks and spoke with the doctor expressed how unhappy I was would with the results. The Dr. Fotsing, she stated they would take care of it and make sure I was happy with my results. I proceeded to return to the office every 2 weeks for 6 weeks to have the filler in my face dissolved, that procedure is extremely painful. Only to find out on my last (Tuesday, Aug 25, 2026) appointment the doctor is not willing to provide me with the 2 syringes of filler that I normally get. She wants me to pay for one of the syringes. I pay close to $4000 for the first procedure to not be happy with the outcome. I then had to leave work an hour early for 6 weeks to be put through a painful procedure to dissolve all of the filler. Therefore, to now be told I need to pay for half of the correction. This new Dr. Fotsing that took over Dr. Riopelle is greedy and does not care about customer satisfaction. I would not recommend this office as Dr. Fotsing does not stand behind her word. Dr. Fotsing is not concerned with customer satisfaction and retaining patients by correcting or making sure that the patient is happy with the results. In No Way Would I Recommend This Practice!!!!
