I highly recommend her even though that means I may have to wait for an appointment with her The front office team is courteous, friendly and efficient. At many Med Spas there is a heavy push for add on services but at Be Clinical they explain the benefits of their various services and are honest and will steer you away from treatments that are not appropriate. So, if you're looking for Med Spas treatments from vitamin injections to more advanced procedures I highly recommend you check them out. I've gotten good treatments here. The problem is the front desk staff's lack of knowledge and consistency. Every time I deal with them, I have to anticipate problems or advocate for myself. I bought a package and planned out what I treatments I would get over the course of six months, and the front desk lost the plan...twice. Prescriptions were sent to the wrong address. I once emailed with a question about extending my plan and never heard back, only to be told *I* made the mistake not knowing that the person I emailed had left the company. (I was also told that there was no way for them to know that I had emailed and there's no system for forwarding emails sent to employees who have left, which is utter B.S.) Other times I've called and tried to get help on something basic, only to get a "we won't do that " from the front desk -- I had to go to management for something that should have been an immediate "sure," especially for someone who had shelled out thousands of dollars for a "membership." Front desk staff has also shamed me for not doing all of my treatments 1x/mo (my life was total chaos -- major move, death in the family, job upheaval) and basically said I'd compromised all of my treatments by not doing them once a month. (It seems to have gotten better, but for awhile, the attitude from the front desk was really, really bad. Distinctly unhelpful and borderline snarky.) Then there was the time I went for one treatment and only realized after they'd pulled the machine up that they'd pulled the wrong machine -- they hadn't looked at my treatment plan. Then once I had a really painful treatment, only to be told AFTER the fact that I should have been given the stronger numbing cream, not the weak numbing cream. (Why have two? Why not just give everyone the strong one?) And once when I got botox, I specifically asked that the injector do it the way the previous injector there had done it (I didn't want too much botox), but there were no records or notes on what had been done before, and the new injector shot me up with far more botox than I needed or wanted. So, fine for the treatments themselves, but the place is far from a well-oiled machine in terms of management. You have to be super on top of them and expect them to fail. You have to ask them to keep records and look up records. You have to ask them explicitly to tell you how to prepare for treatments -- they'll just space on telling you. I get the sense that even the women doing the treatments know that the front desk/admin is hopeless. read more

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. My experience was extremely disappointing. I had to cancel an appointment due to being sick with COVID and notified them a day in advance, yet they still attempted to charge me $100. That felt unfair and very unprofessional. I also have concerns about the authenticity of some of the reviews. It appears that individuals connected to the business may be posting positive reviews about their own clinic, which makes it difficult to trust the overall rating. I will be requesting a full refund based on additional concerns that I will be addressing directly with the business. I will update my review depending on how this is resolved. Not impressed. I used to see jasmine and she was absolutely amazing. I had some Botox left and I decided to go back even tho jasmine wasn't there anymore. The injector said she would use my entire remainder into my masters because they were so strong. Jasmine has previously told me she would never do more than 20 units. Well this is why you stick with someone who knows what they are doing. I now cannot smile. And truly cannot afford to pay for it to be fixed. Not happy. I would not recommend this clinic. This was my first Botox experience, so I didn't realize at the time how many red flags there were. My first visit with an NP resulted in an eye droop. I then saw Sarah (NP) twice, and she was great and actually listened, although the results didn't last very long. My fourth (and final) visit was with the doctor, and it was awful. Her bedside manner was terrible. She talked to me like I was an idiot, and when I explained (again) that I was nervous because I had previously experienced eye droop, she laughed it off and continued. She injected significantly more Botox than I asked for, and I ended up with another noticeable eye droop. When I contacted the office, I was basically told there was nothing they could do. Appointments feel rushed, pricing isn't clearly explained, and the overall experience is not relaxing. Since going to a different provider, I've realized how much better Botox can look and last when done properly. They do good work. Having said that, they have the bedside manner of a used car lot. I experienced painful complications from a procedure a month earlier. I called and spoke with one of the co-owners describing what was going on. All I was looking for was "this is normal, hang in there" or "come in so we can talk in person". Something normal, something human. They sure are nice when you're there trying to make up your mind about spending $2500, but once the work is done and they have your money, you're like garbage to them. No one responded. I left a message. I sent an email. My follow up was ignored. It's humiliating and I'd not recommend this place unless you want to be treated like a used piece of meat. I'd say for that kind of money doing good work is not enough (and guess what - being nice, being human, those are free). I am still experiencing lots of pain. There's literally nothing I can do about it. If you think this is a doctor, run for your life. It's more like a drug dealer, and you're mistakenly thinking it is a normal store that will hear you out about a product that is malfunctioning. They do good work but there is nothing "doctor" about any of it. Doctors are professional, they are accountable. This place slammed the door in my face after the procedure was over. And they offer zero refunds (just in case you sink thousands into this place, and change your mind, you have zero rights). I wish I could get my money back from this place. I wish I did not spend thousands on treatments recommended by nursing staff. I was told by Nurse Sarah that I only needed one session of Kybella to get rid of a fat dip I have on my chin. I made sure to ask if I only needed one session because I did not desire to do multiple and she was adamant that only one session was needed. She also said patients usually only get 1 to 2 sessions but was certain I would only need 1. $800 later, dip is still there and there are little to no results. I feel completely mislead into buying a treatment that they knew would not be enough just to they could tell me to come back and get more treatments and keep spending money. I feel like this place only wants to take your money and does not care about results. Every time I have gone in, I get told by a nurse that "I should have done this treatment instead of the one im doing" for the results I want. DO NOT RISK YOUR HEALTH HERE. If you value your safety, your money, or even basic respect, stay as far away from this place as you can. They (Fiona Frie, Sarah, Gigi) don't care about you -- they only care about collecting your payment and covering their mistakes. Patients' health and safety clearly mean nothing to them.   I have reported them to the Department of Health, California Medical Board, California Board of Registered Nursing, California Board of Pharmacy. I will make sure regulators know exactly how this clinic endangers patients.   1.        Injecting Air: In my first month, I was sent syringes with no medications and no instructions. After confirming with the nurse Gigi, I used them -- only to later find out they were empty syringes, meaning I was INJECTING AIR into my body for 6 weeks. This is not just poor service, it is an extremely unsafe medical practice that could have put my health in serious danger. 2.        Ignored Complaints / Disrespect: Every time I raised concerns, they either ignored me, blamed the pharmacy, or treated me like my safety didn't matter. They brushed me off and looked down on me as if I wasn't worth their time. 3.        Silence After Request for Written Communication: I specifically told them I wanted everything in writing. Since then, they have gone quiet, avoiding accountability and pushing me to my absolute limit. 4.        Pricing Discrepancy: From the start, I was given inconsistent and misleading pricing by multiple staff members (Sarah, Gigi, even the MD).   This isn't just "bad service." I would not recommend this facility . You're really rolling the dice here because they cannot keep their injectors which is a huge concern . I've been traveling from San Mateo to this facility , and I was seeing an amazing injector for about a year and a half then she left . I had some units banked so I would go back for touch ups and each time I'd call for the last person they were gone . I finally went in to use my remaining units and got a really nice injector who promised me the moon and stars and like a dummy I believed her . I purchased a package for Botox and filler and went back to her for the Botox and some of the filler . The Botox was a huge disaster and I ended up with a droop that could not be fixed . The staff was very attentive and sympathetic, and the owner, Dr. Fiona even got involved and had me in her office as I sobbed my eyes out with a droopy eye on my birthday . They did all the right things , refunded me and gave me some drops to help open the eye , but I just had to wait it out . I returned in May for a full syringe of filler in my lips . This typically will last me over a year . Three months in my lips look quite deflated . Just went in today to use my remaining 4 units for a lip flip and got yet another injector I've never seen before who also went on about how wonderful she is. It's too soon to know the results of my lip flip but I am concerned with the placement of the injections based on previous lip flip services. The staff here really is very kind , but the services just are not consistent or reliable. I cannot continue to risk shotty results on my face. You may get someone good , and they may or may not be there next time you go back. You also may get someone who ruins your face temporarily. I wanted to love this place. read more

This place must pay for their reviews, because I can go into detail about how poorly they treat their customers. They are overpriced, and although consultations are free after you purchase, if you don't like a treatment, they will ignore your calls and refuse a refund. I've had multiple issues here, and I've never even written a bad review before. That goes to show how terrible this place is. They constantly change staff and act as if it's normal. I used to see Kayla, but now she's gone, along with everyone else I had seen before. Once they get you to purchase, you've done them the biggest favor, and you're left with poor results, no respect for your money, and no effort to make things right--even though we trusted them. I decided to change my aesthetics company and couldn't be happier. Even if sometimes I feel my lip fillers weren't perfect, they apply a little bit more filler to fix it at no extra charge, which Be Clinical will not do--you'd have to buy a whole new syringe. Also, my laser treatments are done in a timely manner, and I have been seeing the same lady for the last 4 months. She's worked there for 12 years, and the rest of the nurses have been there for over 5 to 10 years. The staff have been there for years, some going on 3 to 5, and even 10 years.
