This placed had changed so much... I was 2 mins late and the lady in the front desk couldn't take me in. I was two hours in traffic and they couldn't even make an exemption. I've been coming here for years and they treated me really poorly. On top of that the doctor putted radiesse in my smile lines years ago ( which you are not supposed to put in the smile lines) now I have a bump in my smile lines and he says radiesse dissolve after two years... which is not true I still have the bump in my butt from the radiesse that he also putted years ago. But he insisted in saying that it's not radiesse and I know it is. He used to cared from his patients and now even the front desk is rude and don't care about helping the patience anymore. read more

Would not recommend coming here, for a few reasons. If you buy on Groupon a package of laser hair removal and upgrade in person to a larger package; they don't keep track of their records, they insist you owe money when you don't and overall it's unprofessional. Secondly, based off my numerous appointments I would come on my lunch and I would wait for my scheduled appointment past the time arranged for. Multiple occurrences of this happening, even when I had told them I only have a specific amount of time. It was always a hassle to book, they only offer laser services on Thursdays and they are never on time either. Over the years, I've had various fillers, Botox and Xeomin with excellent results. Yesterday, I had Morpheus8 done which is a Microneedling/Radio Frequency procedure. I was nervous about it but the doctor and staff accommodated me. It will take time for results and I'll have it done again but I'm really happy about it. Was searching for an East Bay clinic to get Vitamin B12 shots and potentially more medical care. After reading that there was a medical board certified physician as well as the promising Yelp reviews, I made an appointment for last Friday. Located off Dougherty & Bollinger road in the Chase/ Provident Credit Union plaza. I found plenty of parking spots to choose from. Walking in building, turns out the clinic is on the second floor. Entering the clinic I smelled a scent of flowers and heard 80s music, nice touch! I felt relaxed after my busy drive there. The lady at the desk greeted me with a big smile and checked me in. She was super friendly and took my info and asked me to wait. Me like! Saw a few patients walk in and out and it seemed there were quite a few regulars, which is a always a good sign. This clinic turned out to offer Internal Medicine Care as well as Aesthetic services. Fancy fancy.. After 10 minutes I was called, spoke with Dr. Mardanzai and had a conversation with the nurse. Both super professional and friendly. Then I understood reason for the popularity of this place: Skilled and experienced medical staff, friendly, attentive, all this in a great atmosphere. Amazing as always!! I have been coming here for several years to get my annual touch up for my lips. I would not go anywhere else as I always had a great experience during every visit. As for the filler itself, I choose Juverderm Ultra as I have used Restalyne in the past but I just like how Juverderm works better for myself. It took an additional $50 off which was nice. Word of advice do not let them know you received any additional money off of the price. (they already mad because your coming in with a Groupon) lol you might get treated differently. Anyways, all in all it was nice. I had the best experience here today. I've been weighing my options between cool sculpting and sculpsure for a few months now, have done a lot of research and finally decided on sculpsure because it seems to be the better option in my opinion. I called to make an appointment and they were super accommodating with my insanely crazy work schedule. Upon arriving for my consultation last week, the building itself is super pretty (and so are the staff :) ) There was no wait time, I went back immediately after filling out paperwork, which was already a plus for me. Dr. Mardanzai was patient and informative in answering all of my many questions. He was super personable and friendly and I didn't feel pushed into making any decisions. He gave me the information I needed, explained the process then told me I could take my time to make a decision on what was best for me. Fast forward one week, I decided to go through with it. Sculpsure itself takes around 25 minutes. Rose, the nurse, stayed with me the entire time to make sure I was comfortable and adjust the settings as needed. It was overall a great experience from start to finish. They, as well as the FDA, recommend 2 sessions for best results. So I will definitely be back for that. But otherwise I'd still definitely come back for that and other services as well :) read more

To begin, this review is solely based on their scheduling capabilities and not at all on the doctors services. I had booked a late afternoon appointment a month in advance using their website, received an email saying my request for that time was being processed, and then never heard back from their office regarding the appointment. Today when I called in to confirm everything is good to go for this coming Friday, I'm told a few pretty frustrating things: - The doctor is taking that afternoon off. - We called to reschedule our patients last week, we must have missed yours. - Our online scheduling is through an outside company that has its own errors, so ..."you must just be one of the glitches..." and that's why we didn't call you. The whole reason I used the online scheduling option is because their customer service reviews are terrible, and it turns out that is pretty accurate. Not having organization or efficiency results in this type of poor patient care, and I wouldn't trust a medical office that functions in this way. read more

The doctor is not a plastic surgeon and therefore does have the in-depth expertise with the nuances of where to inject fillers and botox. I have been there twice for fillers and botox, and both times I was disappointed with the way my face turned out. He injects too much in certain areas and too little in others, and I came away with lopsided eyebrows and blurry eyes the 2nd time. Today was my first time being seen at Prestige. So far my first impression is good. Receptionist was sweet and I didn't have to wait long at all. I wasn't frowned upon for using a Groupon as I have been at other places. The doctor was very gentle. I got dysport in my forehead for horizontal lines and my crows feet. He did recommend that I also should do my glabella for symmetry and although I know he was 100% right I wanted to wait to see how his dysport job turned out in areas one and two. I've been getting dysport and Botox for about 10 years and have had my fair share of bad results so this will be my _$375.00 trial run. If I love it I will be back to let him do my glabella. (In between my eyes) he is very soft handed compared to some doctors I've seen. Which is nice, I'm not anticipating any bruising. He filled his syringes right in front of me which was nice. I'm always curious if they are watering them down when out of the room, however I got a really good vibe and I trusted him.
