Update; the owners comment dismissing the fact they don't play loud music is inaccurate. She is not at every location all the time. Says a lot to not even say she would look into it. She just convinced me to go elsewhere. I give the med spa 2 for the service itself but for the facility a ZERO! First the music is too loud. And no I am not an old person who does not like loud music. I just don't like it blaring upon entrance or in the room while I am getting prepped for my procedure. In fact the aesthetician and I had to raise our voices to talk to each other over the music. UGH! It was NOT a Relaxing experience at all. Are they trying to create club vibes in a Med Spa? The bathroom also did not appear to be clean. The black half wall showed all marks and dirt. Gross. And again the black wall made it feel more like a club. Booked a hydrofacial about 2-3 weeks ago by phone. I booked this appointment for a wedding. I showed up to my appointment on time to just be told they have no esthetician. Like wtf? Claimed they called me but I didnt receive any calls from them but what I do have is an email to confirm my appointment which was sent on Thursday. I had an incredible vi peel today with Kimberly! This was my first chemical peel and I was super nervous about it because I have super sensitive and acne prone skin. I've been suffering with acne for YEARS and I don't want to go on accutane. :( She listened to all of my concerns and assured of how amazing this peel is for not just sensitive skin but my skin of color!
