Had a great experience getting a men's manicure here. The nail tech was friendly and easy to talk to, and they really made me feel comfortable. My nails look super clean and professional without feeling overdone. The place is spotless and has a nice, relaxing vibe. I'll definitely be back!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! This is 2nd time coming to this shop. I went in yesterday 4pm to get a birthday set (mani/pedi). I wasn't greeted when walking in almost no customers were there. I was told to check in, then was seated in the chair with Anna. Anna gave me 2 sets of nail rings neither that had browns. There was a language barrier with Anna, when I asked if they had any browns another tech brought2 bottles over, 1 of them was purple. I asked if there were any other browns. She laughed yes & said that she didn't bring it to me because it would take too long too dry. She was not who was doing my nails btw, 1st strike. I chose the $100 pedicure+Gel $25 + required $1 kit & explained my design. Due to the language barrier Anna was having a hard time understanding what I wanted (I showed her inspo). The pedicure I received did not include all of the services ( no foot massage or hot stone, neck wrap was a heated neck pillow, wrong foot mask/gel/scrub/lotion) notice the cucumber packs used, instead of feet my shins were rubbed, my 20 mins head & shoulder massage was only my shoulder not head. The manager Nik had to come over to help & he was VERY rude, he tried to tell me how people "normally" do the design and ignored what I wanted, when he didn't draw the hearts right, I asked him to redo. He told me that they weren't going to be perfect and that if he has to do it 1 more time I have to pick a different design. This is my 2nd bad interaction with him, he cut me last time & lied. He told me this same thing last year. I was told that the French tip was +$5 extra, I said ok I was transferred to Kell who also had a language barrier. I told her I was getting the inverse of my nails with the colors and she said ok. Once she began she started clipping my nails without permission or asking what shape I wanted. She then started filing my nails with a drill, there was dust going everywhere with no fan so I was inhaling it. She pulled out her own unsanitary thick square file from a drawer and started filing my nails (She did not use the file I was required to purchased). Once done I asked should I wash my hands now and she told me no. She then pulled out two unsanitary brushes and swept the dust from my fingers. She then dehydrated & put on the overlay beads. She did not communicate to me throughout this process, the shape was HORRIBLE! Idk what shape this is on my fingers, a squircle? She shaped my nails with the file and drill. I asked again should I wash my hands now and she said no. She then started to paint my 1st layer, I asked her at what point does she clean up the cuticles, she told me she doesn't do that and that it would be $10. She pulled out a bowl of water and cuticle clippers. SHE CUT me raw on several nails and 1 bled, she completely ignored my bleeding fingers. Furthermore she continued to use unsanitary tools doing my nails. At this point 3 techs were sitting around watching me while they all talked. She messed up my nails several times and had to pass me off again. She tried to get me to change the design (A HEART MIND YOU) I no longer wanted the French tips because of how my feet turned out. They were clearly all rushing to leave out at 7:30. I kept stating the nails didn't look right and I kept being dismissed being told they'll look fine when they cure. You clearly see places where paint is missing from my nail, top coat missing in spots, bubbles in my nail. I was told it was $5 again for the nail art on my fingers. I was charged for French tips and nail art & I was lied to about the price. She then took the cuticle oil and brush the oil directly across my cuticles (including the bleeding one) & did a 2 second rub of lotion. She finished at 7:45pm. This service was infuriating. THIS COST ME $207 & 3hrs 45mins. I tipped Anna $10 Cash because she was the ONLY NICE person. My fingers and toe nails have been red, stinging and irritated since yesterday. They already look like they're lifting. I plan to call my bank and dispute. I'm scared I'm about to have infected nails on my birthday!
They don't know how to color subpar looked as if I did them myself simply bad shadow lines job. Basic pedicure $31 but my experience was blah felt rush getting pedicure I hate when it's automatically assumed that everyone wants gel polish ugh no thank you please ask me instead of trying to upscale the most expensive thing for that extra $25 Side note ugh Spa absolutely not there was nothing spa like with this totally inconsiderate and obnoxious client on speaker phone the entire time and it's not like it was an urgent call or anything. I know you're probably thinking who am I to decide what's urgent or not. I was already committed feet soaking in water besides this weekend not too many places would've been taking walk-in and yes I know my poor planning but let's focus it's just rude to be speaking that loud extremely annoying not a relaxing feeling for would should have been the start to a Mother's Day weekend! #sorrynotsorry Well that's my experience they obviously can't kept it zen so if you looking for that type of experience I wouldn't recommend but still keep them feet cute folks
Nik does a phenomenal job with my nails. He even picks out great designs when I don't have one. Pretty creative mind. And if I show him a pic of the nails I want 9/10 times he can do it! My two daughters and I go to him. He may be a little pricey (depending on what you get), but it's worth and he will let you know ahead of time the cost--something that I appreciate. So if I want something simple, the price is reasonable and vice versa. I would call to make reservations because he is usually booked. Lynn is great too.
Dream nails's staffs hit the spot again!! I went to get my medi and pedi yesterday by Kelly and Kathy and They are both super friendly talented and professional I got the best services as always if u have a chance and happens to be around the area check them out you'll never regret!! Ask for Kathy or Kelly or anyone at the Spa if they are busi! They are all very welcoming and great!!
I've been coming here for about a year. The last time I was here I was very disappointed with my new acrylic set. I got something completely different than what I wanted. I went back today for a fill with Susan and OMG!!!! So I'm love with her work. She listened to what I wanted and continued to ask my thoughts throughout the process. I left with exactly what I wanted and a make up for my last visit.
I got a really great pedicure here. My manicure was rushed cause I think they were closing soon, but still great. look forward to going back.
Omg a huge huge relief!!! I'm beyond pressed and soo thankful during this crazy time that y'all were soo accommodating in having this bomb gel pedicure. I was soo relaxed, and it felt soo amazing. I can't wait to come back again. It was my first time and it won't be my last. Great customer service indeed. Love y'all and thanks for your hard work. Truly appreciate it

I have also had my nails done by Nik and Kelly but everyone there does a really good job and I highly recommend this place.
The service was average. My friend called ahead to book manicures & when we got there, they thought we were getting pedicures. My friends and I all got French tip but I wasn't very happy about the quality of the French tip: the white tip didn't go all the way to each side of my nail & some of it was crooked. That same day, it started chipping & I didn't do anything out of the ordinary with my nails. I went to get them fixed and the attached picture is what they look like one day later. I will not be going back.

I have been struggling to find a new nail salon in the Fredericksburg/Stafford area, and I went here because of a recommendation by a friend. Overall the service was decent. It wasn't fantastic but it certainly was not bad. It was a little pricey compared to what I'm used to, I paid $40 for a set of very plain acrylics. However the nails look fantastic. The salon was clean. The customer service was not fantastic but it wasn't bad. Not the best salon I've ever been to, but good enough that I'd consider returning. read more

I came to get my nails done for Christmas. They were busy, but they managed to take me in quickly. The staffs were so friendly and family-oriented. Nik did my nails very professionally and he was willing to design my nails as beautiful as I wanted. The place is clean too. Would definitely come back in the future. read more

The customer service and ambiance/decor is so great here, but my gel mani and regular pedicure is so so awful it's a 1-star review. My tech was sweet but she did a terrible job on my cuticles (didn't even use softener or oil) and ... maybe hasn't done gels before? Anyway they all started peeling and came off after my shower that night. That's when i realized she had filed my nails in a weird way :/ super short and look like they'd been bitten gnawed down. Pedi looked ok from a distance but when I looked closely, she had chipped a couple toe nails/ just have to wait for those to grow out I guess. It was so bad that even my boyfriend said it looked like a child had done my nails. I'm really bummed I spent money here. Won't get that or the hour of my life back. Judging from other reviews, my experience isn't uncommon but I do believe there are great nail techs ... and everyone I interacted with was a lovely human being. read more
