I went there yesterday for my first time and was blown away by the amazing customer service; from the receptionist, to the other stylists who greeted me and then I met Allie who was my stylist. When I walked in, I was properly and promptly greeted by Mrs. Mack who immediately begun my appointments. I was received with friendly, reasonable conversation. There was music playing but not too loud for the environment and appropriate for my preferences. The salon is decorated beautifully and Mrs. Mack made me feel comfortable as she attentively styled my hair. She washed, trimmed and performed a marvelous blowout on my hair! I asked her if she had time for another appointment. She proudly showed me some of her work and was kind enough to accept my unscheduled request for her services. I must say, Mrs. Janet did a thorough job and I was very pleased with her attention to detail, creativity and the variety of color selections that she has available (some of which she creates herself) and the cleanliness of her workstation. This was a 5 star, first time experience for me and I look forward to going back in the next few weeks for their services. It was around 4:30p on a Saturday when I called, and the business closes at 6. I was pleasantly surprised when I was given an appointment at 5:15p. The location was easy to find in a small shopping center. The inside was impressive and quaint; small but well put together. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. My technician was Erika, who was totally sweet and bubbly. I was offered a variety of drinks when being seated. There are many packages ranging from basic to premium for pedicure choices, which offer both gel and regular polish choices. Clean! I wanted to add that throughout my time in this establishment, I noticed there was a strict policy on hygienic practicing, which is great. I was there at closing and saw how well each area was cleaned after customers left. Overall I absolutely loved this experience and would return in the future.
