I felt like a contract should have been written up but I just emailed her to confirm date and time and services needed. The kids loved both balloon and face painting. If you want your hired face painter to show up, don't hire Roxi. Without notice and with a paid deposit and agreed upon date and time, this face painter simply failed to show up!!! Who does that!?!?!? Should be zero stars, but unfortunately that's not an option. Roxi simply failed to show up. Here's the course of events that occurred. (1). booked her for two hours. time and date were agreed upon. (2). paid Roxi a deposit. she confirmed receipt. (3). contacted her two days before the party to confirm. she then told me she wasn't available at that time although i sent her screen shots of our scheduled time slot. she said she would come 30 minutes later. (4). day of the event, roxi is awol. Unreliable and unprofessional. Ruined a party for little kids who were waiting for the face painter. When I informed the person who referred me to her, she ordered me to stop talking to her friend and called me "petty". Furthermore, I had to go through my credit card company to get my deposit back for unrendered services. Do not hire her. There are plenty of other face painters available. read more

Roxii is easy to work with and accommodated our last minute change in the start time because we were running a little late with the party. Roxii and Toni arrived promptly and were very professional. A client hired Roxi for her child's party and went to considerable trouble setting up for her...made professional posters with artwork for kids to pick from since Roxi was unfamiliar with some video game characters she knew the children would choose. The client also paid extra for use of additional space for Roxi and the balloon artist. Roxi never even showed up. If future clients inquire as to a face painter, I will discourage them from using Beautiful Mynd Creationz, since she doesn't even show up as promised. Kids were upset and the client was livid. We graciously refunded her the money for the use of the extra space, but the party was certainly tainted by her failure to show up. read more
