Unfortunately, what was delivered was a lackluster performance that fell well short of that. Only a few kids showed interest and when kids started losing interest in the bubble activity, the performer made no effort to re-engage them. She stood in one spot the entire time and used barely 20% of the space that Fun Cloud Events themselves had marked out in a photo they sent us prior to the event. For a group that size, we expected a professional entertainer to read the room and adapt. That didn't happen. We'd caution others to ask detailed questions before booking and to clarify exactly what to expect, rather than relying on the promotional video shared during the sales process.

Our artist was absolutely wonderful - showed up promptly, was professional, kind, and friendly. We ended up having much fewer children than expected at our party, so most guests were adults. The artist did a great job making everyone feel welcome to have a face (or hand) painted or to request a balloon creation, regardless of age. It was so much fun for children and adults alike. We decided on face painting, a glitter bar and time for entertainment. Gale was our assigned fairy; she reached out a few days before our event. The morning of, we found out very last minute that we had to change our venue due to rain and Gale was flexible and was right on pace - after a quick text to her, she showed up as the new location on time. She arrived in a very festive Encanto/Mirabel outfit; our location change ended up being to our home and garage. Gale led an entertaining puppet show (several other parents thought for a short while that her rabbit puppet was a real animal) - kids and parents enjoyed it! The kids loved her artistry with her glittery tattoos on their face and hands. Her balloon animals were also a huge hit. It was fantastic to have 1 person with so many great skills to keep kids happy. As my husband and I were running the party, we loved the fact that we were able to keep ~25 2 to 5 year olds entertained for the 3 hour party (2 hours during which Gale was there). It was the best decision to have hired her. Booking with the company was also very easy and organized; I highly recommend it and would do it again. On the delivery day, they failed to bring everything they were supposed to. After what felt like over 30 calls, we finally reached them, and they delivered the remaining items late in the evening. Fortunately, this was the day before the wedding. When we spoke to the vendor days later to understand the disconnect and the unnecessary stress they caused, we provided feedback about the pickup day when their driver threatened to charge us because the tablecloths weren't ready. The venue intervened to avoid additional fees. Seriously? We tried to understand why the vendor would treat a customer this way. When we finally got on a call, instead of being sympathetic, they simply said, "That's not what the driver said, that's incorrect." Essentially, they called us and the venue liars. We didn't want to argue after just wrapping up our special day. I hoped the vendor would offer some sort of reimbursement, but we got nothing. All they offered was a discount for next time. Next time? Why would we ever book again after being accused of lying and enduring such stress? I would never recommend this place. They are absolutely unprofessional and need serious customer service training. I hope the owner sees this and has the compassion to do something about it.
