The only reason this place is getting 3 stars is because the guy who did my toes did a very good job I didn't get his name but he is the younger guy. Anyways on to my nails I paid in total $98. $48 for my toes with gel polish and $50 for a new acrylic gel set with an extra $5 for coffin shape nails when you look at the pictures you can clearly see my nails are not coffin shape. This place may only be good for pedicures. WARNING THIS PLACE HAS A 3 star rating for a reason!!! 10-11-19 a nail already popped off and i have a office job! read more

Went today for manicure. Something happened to this place since I was there last. It looked like it was out of stock or can afford their light bill . No lights on manicure stations anymore. But I went with it. Service was eh. Nails look good but Guy who did my nails put my hands in the hot wax and disappeared. I'm looking around for him nothing. I just got a pedicure and dip nails & it was AWESOME!! Lee did my dip nails and did an amazing job- paid very close attention to details and filed them exactly how I wanted. Stacy did my pedicure and I would recommend her to anyone! She took her time and gave a great massage! Also cleaned up my pedicure with acetone after she painted. I alway get my pedicures done at Beautiful Nails whenever i visit my family in Terrell. I absolutely love them......my uncle went with me yesterday for his first ever pedicure and I think he's hooked! Love how clean, organized and classy this place is. I am so picky about my nails and how clean of pedicure chair. Since they use the one time used plastic bag for pedicure i really happy about it very sanitation tools. My nails is absolutely amazing with dipping powder. Love, love, love this place! Everyone is so friendly, & even when they're busy. But it worth to wait a little but about 20 mins when i came. Highly recommended. Tips: remember to tips them since they work really hard to make your nails and your toes look good. And tips is keeping everyone happy. read more

I do not recommend. My experience was not positive in any way. The nail tech rubbed over my pinky finger with a MANUAL file and made it bleed, and then proceeded to super glue it so that it wouldn't get in his way. I also went into the salon with a cut on my thumb, and he rubbed the activator right over it carelessly, which stung for a whole hour. After all of this happened, he then aggressively took my hand and buffed right over my cut which caused it to bleed profusely. The nail tech clearly did not care about the fact that he hurt me because when I told him about it after he had finished my nails, he proceeded to say, "yeah there was a little cut, just a small one." The cut on my pinky nail started from the base of my nail to the tip. I wouldn't classify that as a "small cut". On top of all of this, he did not do the design I wanted. The picture I had showed him had pink swirls on it, but instead he did white. At this point I just wanted to leave after everything that has happen, so I didn't mention this to him. Overall, I will not be coming back to this salon, and I do not recommend this to anybod. read more

So first off my family loves this place and have gone there for year upon years. But today I went in with my Girlfriend so she could get her nails filled with is not that much of a process and should be quick but we sat there for 40 minutes and nothing happened the whole time, some one who just walked in even got severed first, keep in mind they had no appointment. If you asked me to write this review a month ago it would have been 5 stars, but they have recently changed owners and I will not be going back. It was very apparent that the employee environment had changed and you could feel the hostility between them. When I asked for my favorite the owner responded "you want her?" They need to treat the employees who were highly requested before the change of ownership with respect. The sweetest and kindest people used to work there and I am glad they decided move on. read more

I got my nails done a week ago and I've had 4 break in less than a week because their so flimsy and done so poorly. I would not recommend going here. I got an interview at Carlisle in Terrell, so I thought I would need my nails done. Passing this nail salon on a Friday, so I decided to try this place out. They were busy when I walk in since it was Friday. However, I only waited for around 5 minutes before someone took care of me. I thought they would try to rush but the lady who I had service with took time to cut my cuticle. She also gave me a good hand massage. The salon was quiet with relaxing music so that I almost fell asleep. The manicure costed $12 and took around 20 minutes. She asked me to do pedicure but I didn't have time. I'll definitely try it next time though. Overall, this place is great, quiet, relaxing and worth the money spent. I will soon come back to try other services. read more

started going here about a month ago lyn would do my nails perfectly came in yesterday 3/6/23 about 5pm showed her the design I wanted she got started I was there close to 3 hours I was the last customer the ending result wasn't at all what I wanted but still looked ok I paid 80 dollars & tipped like always soon as I left out the employees left at the same time I got into my car driving home started to notice my nails were flimsy barley applying pressure the tips of ALL TEN NAILS broke off I immediately messaged there page on Facebook & told who ever is in control of the profile the issue & was asked to come back in today 3/8/23 to get them fix so I came in lyn wasn't there lee was going to do my nails I changed the design to a more simple one & asked if the prices were going to be the same the young man stated yes because they couldn't give me any money back which was fine with me but maybe throw in a eyebrow to cover the remaining balance from there he made it seem like I was lying about what happened to my nails trying to blame me saying I broke my nails off myself that there's no way all ten nails break off as I was explaining how they did at this point lee stopped taking my nails off & I was told I could get a refund & go somewhere else the least they could've done was finish taking my nails off I'm a regular customer & instead of making it right they lost out on me as a customer & they get a bad review plus everyone I know I will make sure doesn't step foot in that salon ZERO STARS !! read more

Although it seemed like everyone was tired and a little grouchy (being two days after Mother's Day it's understandable) the customer service was good. Will go back another time for sure. read more

Terrible nail salon... the girl that did my nails rushed through the entire time and she couldn't shape the nails worth a shit. I asked her to fix multiple corners before I left ( I always get very squared nails) and she couldn't get them right. At Beautiful Nails, I have gotten great service from Tina, who left and warned me not to go back because Nancy was so mean.... I should have listened... but I thought Nancy is just one person. Vincent does good work and Amy. Well, Nancy can still cheat you at the register. She charged me $20 for a polish change once. I have posted video of my treatment there on my YouTube channel. I have been called names in Vietnamese and cheated. They were unkind to my disabled friend and she was scratched and bruised. My complaint to the state Board is pending. read more

This salon is everything I look for in a nail salon, and it was such a surprise to find such a nice place tucked into a little shopping center in Terrell, Texas! I have been going to this salon for regular gel manicures and pedicures for over a year now, and I will never go anywhere else. The salon is clean and hygienic; the staff is friendly and thorough; the services are excellent. I am always impressed with what a great job each member of the staff does, and I am always complimented on my nails. I also love that they'll spend extra time if I'm not in a hurry, but they'll work quickly to get me in and out during my lunch break if need be. I highly recommend this salon! read more

I'm from out of town and decided to site see because the day before I was in the area . I pulled up to the Spa and noticed that they didn't look to busy so I proceeded in and the minute I walked in the lady at the first nail station asked me what I needed and I mention to her as I was signing in that I needed a pedicure. I took a seat ( never asked me to pick out a polish ). I sat waiting in the front for about 5 min. then a man approached me and ask me what I was having done , I stated to him a Pedicure and then he suggested my nails and I said No I already have them done. So he walked off and came back after another 5 min. later and asked me to take a seat at number 10 so I sat there waiting for someone to come and start the water ect.... I sat there for a good 30 min or so and once I seen them waiting on another women of different race who had just walked in and sat down and was getting a pedicure , I politely got up and walked out. This place and there staff was VERY Unprofessional and with myself being in this line of business I WOULDNT recommend Beauty Nails & Spa to anyone. read more
