The service was great and they did an excellent job on my nails and pedicure, but I found the pricing to be arbitrary and expensive. For example, to soak off dip ( while getting a new set) and do a regular almond shape was an additional $15 ( the receipt pictured shows $18 but they reduce it by a few dollars ) . I've gotten my nails done my whole life and I've never had to pay this much to soak off dip when getting a new set and extra for a standard shape . I also felt like the techs did not take no for an answer and were pushy which made me a little uncomfortable. I do think they did a good job but $60+ for dip manicure with no design, standard shape including the discount special offer is expensive. If you don't mind higher prices and feel comfortable declining add ons multiple times, they do a good job.

After waiting about 15 minutes or more, another employee came over and informed me that Vincent's next appointment had arrived and that I would need to wait until that service was completed before being seen. Had I been told from the beginning that appointments were being prioritized or that there would be a significant wait, I could have made an informed decision about whether to stay. Unfortunately, I was on a schedule and had plans out of town, so I could not continue waiting. I felt that my time was not respected, and the communication regarding the wait was poor. Better customer service and clearer communication could have prevented this frustrating experience.

They painted over the messed up nail instead of taking the messed up polish off first...I was just wanting to get out of there and she had started on my dip nails...not happy with results at all...tild her to cut around the cuticle because it felt like the skin was glued and she said it would be extra...needless to say I have polish around the nail that I will have to go home and do on my own. I got a pedicure with gel polish. Paid $60 for the whole thing. Asked for them to fix the polish on my nails and they started, then decided they would just refund me. I agreed and said ok, that works. The owner started getting angry so I started recording for my safety. She/him called her merchant to refund $20 of my payment for the gel polish. I'm assuming the bank said they couldn't do it so the owner became belligerent- yelling, cussing, getting in my face and being aggressive with me. I recorded the interaction and she/him. She/him then called the police and said I didn't pay for my service. I paid with card and could prove that I paid so I'm not sure how he/she thought that would play out lying the way he/she did. The manager/whoever was yelling at me- then said I'm poor and low class and that he would beat my ass if he/she ever caught me outside of the salon. The pictures of their work is posted so yall can see how poorly my toes were done originally for them to verbally assault me the way he did. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! There's a reason why this salon is empty.
