Came here to get my nails done with a friend and we were given amazing care! The workers were very attentive and always made sure we were happy with the progress of our nails. A very sweet family business, with the most patient but diligent workers! Don't mind the awk pictures but my nails came out beautiful & exactly like I wanted!!

    LOVE my nails!

I was in town for a week and was recommended to go here, I'm so glad I did! Anthony at the front desk was so attentive! This place is such a hidden GEM! They are very clean and professional. The technicians were very kind and meticulous with their work. I am very impressed with this nail salon and if I lived here, this would definitely be my go to spot!

Very nice and welcoming. Nails turned out beautiful and clean. Prices are really cheap as well. Definitely worth it.

I've visited at least 6 different ones since I've moved to the DFW area a year ago and i did not expect this new gem in the middle of nowhere to hit as good as it did. as stated, the staff was super friendly. we initially stopped in to just check prices before we shopped in that strip mall. the manager (or owner, maybe?) walked up to us and told us the time they closed, their pricing & offered us 10% off if we paid in cash. CA-CHING. sounds like a deal to me. we finished shopping and came back immediately. they offer complimentary drinks, my favorite. there is a limit to (2) if you're consuming alcohol. they also have sodas, water, and Vietnamese coffee (superrrr good). i'd have to say the drinks could have been better, it just tasted like the juice mix and no alcohol & they didn't have any champagne. their frozen marg machine was broken, but they had a new one in the box waiting to be installed later. the services/pricing: i'd have to say the prices were competitive to the area i stay in, so that's a plus. the pedicure was the BEST pedicure I've ever had & andy was super detailed with making sure my white toes looked like perfection. I'm only in Greenville on certain weekends, but i'd def make this a regular trip with my bf for sure each time I'm there.

She sprayed them with alcohol and acted like everything was fine, but it wasn't. My toes were bleeding, and the pedicure itself was mediocre at best because she was too busy dealing with other things to focus on her work. I understand that things happen, but if you are unable to focus on a client safely, someone else should step in. Before she ever came over, I specifically requested gel polish, was given the color book, and selected my number. Another tech relayed this information to her, and she acknowledged it. Despite this, she took several personal phone calls during my appointment and was clearly rushed and distracted, which is likely why I was cut in the first place. She then chose a completely different color than the one I picked and said she would add glitter. I was confused but initially assumed it was still gel. After waiting for the lamps that never came out, I realized she wasn't even applying gel at all. When I asked, she told me I had requested regular polish. I never did, not once. I haven't worn regular polish in years. At that point, I accepted the regular glitter polish simply because I was overwhelmed and close to tears. While sitting and waiting for it to dry (which it never properly did, regular glitter takes forever), I finally asked my husband to speak with a manager and requested that the polish just be removed so we could leave. It should also be noted that my husband's nail tech had to step away as well to help deal with the same personal situation involving my tech. When my tech returned with the manager, they began yelling at each other in front of me. She then aggressively removed the polish, while my toes were still freshly cut and bleeding. She offered to repaint them with gel, but I declined. My feet hurt, and I just wanted to leave and never come back. At checkout, the manager did not acknowledge any of my concerns, offered no apology, and still charged me full price. The only comment I received was, "We good now, right?" I again mentioned that my toes were bleeding and was ignored. I paid and walked out with bare, cut, and bleeding toes. I strongly suggest going somewhere else if you are looking for a safe, calm, and relaxing experience because this was absolutely not it.

Im a forever customer. I'll follow yall wherever you go!…read moreI've been going to this group of AWESOME staff since I moved here in 2017. Then they opened Classy Nail Bar. I was so happy I found them again and their awesome customer service/skills. Here's a few reasons why I LOVE them - Everyone knows how Chick-fil-A has consistent quality, minimal wait time, and delivery speed does not sacrifice quality - no matter who is working or managing right at that time. Well.... Classy Nail Bar Royse City is the Chick-fil-A in this industry. (That's a huge compliment. All Chick-fil-A fans will understand this ) I've NEVER asked for a specific person bc I have awesome experience with all of the employees here. that should say a lot! EVERYONE is great! In the event your results are not as you wanted, politely let your tech and/or the management know. They all are very receptive to your feedback and want to make sure you are more than just satisfied before leaving. While I am a simple customer - manicure, pedicure, gel polish - I look particularly for cuticle trimmed, smooth paint lines around my cuticles, smooth tip edges, clean under nails, and callus removal, gel paint that never comes off, etc. I must say I always see the extravagant nail designs they are always doing as well - They are ARTISTS I am someone who pays attention to how owners/management/business leaders treat and speak to their employees. This management and staff treat each other with respect. Period. I won't go into things I've seen elsewhere, but just know that customers notice the positive dynamic and vibes yall have with each other. We see you and appreciate all yall My husband and 2 adult kids go w me too. My kids were about 12y old when we started and they have seen them grow into adults now. They were always so great with them when they were little, much appreciated. They always strike up conversations (unless u want silence that's okay too) and like to get to know their customers. So when I show up wo 1 of my family, they are asking where they at?! Thanks for everything! It's all noticed by your customers. #KeepItClassy

My initial design color selection she didn't seem to like; herself. She talked me out of it after showing me the colors together. The 2nd design she didn't replicate the photo like I wanted and she seemed to be come frustrated with me instructing her how I wanted them. In the end I gave up caring and I dislike my nails. After finishing she put an overload of oil on my cuticles and packed her thing up, and walked off without saying thank you. I had oil dripping from my fingers, trapped in the pedicure chair with a drink on one side, my shoes off my feet, and my purse on my side. Oil dripped onto my clothing and it was difficult to try loving my purse to open the sides to even get out the chair. So rude and disrespectful and for that I will never return to classy nails. If you want a creative modern or contemporary type design that looks easy, they can barely do that well. I guess they save the extraordinary nail techs for the real fancy nail designs.
