I just moved to town and badly needed a pedicure. I walked on and they were able to take me right in. The place was not fancy but very clean. Staff was all very friendly and the massage chairs were wonderful. Everything was clean and sanitized. Overall a great experience and my toes look good and my feet are happy. The wait was not outrageous even though I went on a particularly busy day, and the experience was so pleasant since the staff would try to talk to me rather compared to my rougher experiences at different salons where we both would be silent until my nails were done. Loved the outcome of my nails!! I gave a reference picture and allowed creative freedom for the placement of the flowers and requested that butterflies be added for the spring theme and she gave me everything I asked for! When shaping my nails I loved how they would ask me my opinion on the length and shape and would be super sweet when I request that they keep filing down my nail (what originally was almond didn't look right on my hands so I preferred it more round in the end). I was in town with my sister on business and she broke/damaged her long acrylic nails when she tripped over her travel bag getting out of the Uber! We did a quick Google search and it recommended Quinlan Nails nearby. We were quite impressed with the most welcoming and friendliest staff - talk about southern hospitality!  They were very accommodating during a busy Saturday for our last minute walk-in because of our mishap on our way to a meeting. They recommended to trim the acrylic nails short and repaint them. With our limited timeframe the owner stepped in and helped expedite the fix within 35 mins! You will probably see a similar review on this page, but we wanted to share our experience since this is a family owned establishment. We need to support local businesses!! I came in last minute, less than an hour left before closing. They were already busy, with two employees and three customers. They got me started quickly. I was happy with the services provided, VERY reasonable pricing, and it was fun watching them interact with their regulars. You can tell they really do care. You won't get thrills or frills, no champagne or milk and honey rub down, but you will leave with great looking nails. read more

I was going to leave an exceptionally horrible review, but I feel the need to ease up a little considering all of the other terrible reviews this establishment received. I called hours in advance to set up a nail appointment. They changed the time a little later and I happily agreed. I get there at the time they designated; when I walk in the place had several people in it. I let an associate know that I was there for my nail appointment and the associate laughed at me. Not only did the nail associate laugh at me, some of the ladies in the nail salon laughed as well. It would have not been such a huge deal if they had just apologized for the inconvenience on their part, but the laughing and taunting was completely unprofessional. When they very first opened the staff was polite and it was very clean. It had been a year or so since the last time I was in there and I found it to be very run down. The shelves were dusty, chairs broken, two people, small nail polish selection and I witnessed them not cleaning out the pedicure bowls. The drive to Greenville is worth it, don't waste your time here. read more

They told me they could do permanent eye make up, eye liner is what i wanted. The procedure took two hours, very painful and everything came off within days. They told me not to put anything on the ink. It all kinda dried up and fell off. When I went back to talk to them about it three times they kept telling me to come back in two weeks. When I tried to get my nails done they told me I had to have cash. They have not done anything to fix the situation and I paid $200.00 to get my eye liner done. They do not care about returning customers at all. I would not recommend them for anything. Everyone always says to beware of businesses that only take cash. They accepted my credit card when I had the procedure but after that cash only. They asked me to go the ATM to get money and then come back. I didn't go get cash and go back. I will NEVER go back there. Totally unprofessional!! read more
