i 100% love this daycare for my kids , the staff that is currently there are amazing i mean every single lady there i Am Beyond grateful for i feel safe and calm when i drop off my kids because i know that they are being well taken care of i have 0 complaints and i love it because they always send me photos of them and update me if anything is wrong , when my kids dont feel safe somewhere they immediately let me know but my kids are happy everytime i pick them up and drop them off , every kid might cry at first because its new to them but once they get use to it everything goes well and my kids have lesrn so much and they do so many activities for them which i absolutely love all i gotta say is thank you, because my kids are my everything and everyday i worry about their safety but not when they are in BEAUTIFUL OASIS care read more

My son started the preschool program at 3 years old! We both love it! The teachers and staff are so amazing and nice! Anytime I pick my son up he doesn't want to leave. My children attended this daycare for three years, and just last month my four year old got "disenrolled" due to the the kids being able to reach the emergency exit that is located on the playground. My child was able to open the emergency exit, and run into the parking lot. Also, the staff recently change about two months ago and that's when it really went downhill. The assistant director (Ana) always has an attitude, and feels entitled. Then, the director (Nataynya) seems like she does not want to be there. Every time I would try to discuss my concerns with her, she would not give eye contact and would just say "okay". We did have a sit down to discuss how to fix the issues, and the next week seemed worse. The owner then decided to "disenroll" my child. When I asked for a report and letter stating that Nataynya argued with me saying she did not need to provide me with one, and everything is on their app.( They hardly use the app, and when notifications go through they are days old). Finally, no one is any help when you have a question about invoices. I had to tell them how much my contract said I was responsible for. Remind you my children have not attended this daycare in about a month, and I am still getting invoices from this facility. I use to tell all my friends to come to this daycare, and now I am here posting negative reviews. I tell everyone to stay away, and spend a little more for their children to be safe. read more

Save yourself some trouble do not go here at all this place isn't the best it has gone down hill after the new owners have taken over my kids are always getting bit and they can't explain why this is happening but if my kid is being bad in anyway they will call you constantly until you come get your kid Even at work they do not care I have asked more then once please can you let me know when my son is hurt or bit at daycare so I know nothing I have to find out when I'm giving my son a bath when we get home and then I will ask about it and they will not follow up or let me know what happen but they will Blow up you for that monthly payment or harass you to come get your child when they don't feel good I removed my kids from this place today I'm sick and exhausted over finding my son like this.!!!!!!!!! My boys both go here for almost 2 years now and absolutely love it. My 1.5 year old literally prefers to be at the daycare because it is more fun than home He gets to play, climb, paint and learn AND he gets delicious food whenever he wants (with proper limits of course haha.) My 5 year old never wants to leave daycare and loves all of his teachers. Who wouldn't want to be at beautiful oasis?! I would recommend this daycare to friends and family over and over. read more

This is the first time my son attends daycare ( 9 yrs old) and he loves it. When i called to ask about enrollment the ladies in the front were so helpful and very informative. They pick him up from school and he gets to do activities at the center. I love the app they have where i can see exactly when he gets picked up. Totally recommend them! I am new to Childcare for my one year old. I went to check Beautiful Oasis on Southern and Alma School and I instantly felt a good atmosphere. Ana and An Marie were so helpful with their information that made everything easy for me to know my baby was going to be ok at their place. Ann Marie is always sending me updates every time I call to check on my baby. She takes videos and pictures and send them to me. Ana greets us every morning and makes sure the baby doesn't cry when I leave. The caretakers in the rooms are great as well. Very kind and caring for all the babies. I highly recommend them for first time moms. They are awesome! read more

i saw a teacher in the 4 yr old class named mrs Sandi. Hit a child name A--lla. Because the child shouted to her friend "hey stop". & the teacher got out of her slack seated position to move forward. Harshly slapped with palm up her chin to close & cup the childs mouth shut. & gave her an evil stare if i ever saw one. & now because I complained to the school & wrote a review on google. Im getting calls, saying a week ago, I told a teacher I dont like white ppl. When im half white & love myself.but Ok...nonsense to negate a teacher's behavior with the false prejudice of a parent towards them. mrs. Sandi. Hit a little girl & it was not warranted.& the teacher is getting away with telling the director that the girl hit another student. Which didn't happen. Im appalled by the teachers behavior & the school negating the behavior. Maybe they cant fire an abusive teacher. What is the excuse for berating a parent who sees mrs sandi HITTING A STUDENT? & I have experienced this teachers own disrespectful treatment of my child. If they continue to handle this situation without proper conduct. Its not going to be a good look. and I have also talked to the director about another arm pulling to carry incident she was in view sight to witness. Where I stepped in & assisted the teacher to make it a game for the toddler & not have his socket pulled out.so definitely complaints are made when someone does something not okay. It's about teacher behavior towards parents children. When we trust you to watch out for our kids!!!!!!! Get the cameras working! ADDITION. I picked my children up & noticed that my youngest daughter had blood on her knee. I asked about it & the director had to ask the teacher to find out she fell during the playground & I clearly wasn't notified. But then they added later after pick up on the app that she had an incident on playgroun, received an ice pack & "lots of tlc". I scof at this because my child didn't have a bandaid nor do they have antibacterial wipes we had to use soap and a wet paper towel & got a bandaid upon request. & my daughter told me she did not get an icepack either. And a day before that I noticed at pick up in the 2 yr class a lil baby crying on the floor with boogers coming out & the teacher not doing any consoling just leaving her there to cry as the teacher didn't seem to be doing anything important. There will be complaints made if the teacher who I know touches children disrespectfully isn't fired! read more

Before when this facility was under different management than it is now I loved it here. I ended up taking my son out due to the reason that I asked about my balance/ rate because I felt that I was overpaying. The director of the child care the first time I asked said she could pull the info up but that the system was going to take forever to load. That time I had to go to work and had to leave. When asked the 2nd time it was over the phone, I was placed on a rather long hold before the same person, the director, came on the line and told me to call back in an hour. Later that evening when I went to pick up my son the information was still not available to me. After getting an attitude from the director, them not allowing my one year old to drink from a sippy cup, and my sons diaper not being clean when I picked him up I will be removing him from this facitlity. I do not reccomend this daycare to anyone. I also found out that I was paying double what I should have been according to DES. Thanks for nothing Beautiful Oasis read more
