If I could I would rate this place a zero just because my boys started going here and my infant came home with really bad rashes n severe diarrhea they took a long time just to change the baby's diaper as well as he was crying while they were changing him so sad to watch my little one cry and their were other babies on the floor crying wanting attention it was really sad as for my pre k son told me he was being yelled at just because he was saying he had to use the bathroom and my son doesn't lie about anything and he lets me know everything that's going on and he caught the flu so yea they're not very sanitary. The place smelled really bad not sure how this place is even okay for being open but yea my kids won't be coming back here. This facility is warm, kind, inviting and yet safe! It gives parents the peace of mind in this day and age that they can safely leave their children in a loving, attentive environment! The director Amanda Rickert was really impressive. She has gathered a staff that is very supportive of one another and they work cohesively as a team. The classrooms are clean and very well Managed. The children were happy and had many different objects and activities to keep them occupied and engaged! This is definitely a well designed program. My son has been attending this Kindercare location since he was 2-months, he will be turning 2 this summer. With that said, my husband and I have seen A LOT of transition during our tenure. Our son attended here over the summer and they charged us for an entire month that he didn't even attend. We've been trying to get our money back for months with multiple promises of a check coming in the mail from management. Now the issue has been "sent to corporate". We LOVE Power Ranch KinderCare. We started my daughter here right after her first birthday. Ms. Ilianna, Ms. Amanda and Ms. Randa have been so helpful and answer any and all questions I have. My daughter has transitioned from the infant room to the Toddler room and had no issues with that transition (They made it a very smooth process). The teachers constantly keep me updated using the app, which keeps me at easy and helps let me know how her day went. We would recommend this center to anyone looking in the area. We toured multiple centers and although Kindercare was not the cheapest, it was the cleanest, nicest and most comfortable environment we found. We are so glad we chose this center. read more

Read all the reviews. I brought my kids here for three weeks and all of them ended up having numerous issues all different ages. Infant ended up having severe diarrhea and massive diaper rashes and had a croup cough within a few days. My two year old came in contact with RSV and got pink eye. Also my 4 year old was in the Pre-k class and consistently was saying she was being screamed at. The first time I was like okay maybe she raised her voice because ten 4 year olds aren't listening. She was also saying that they were going outside and forgetting her In the room. I know she's four but has only amazing things to say about her other Pre-k. After three weeks was begging not to go back. Also the place always had a diaper smell they definitely need to have cleaners come in way more often. I went to Kindercare as a kid, my mom worked there and my son went to one in Chandler and we never had any issues. read more

Our daughter has been attending recently after attending a very nice before/after school program elsewhere but it was a very impersonal relationship. There seemed to be time for no personal interaction as there were soooo many children in each class. We prefer the family style setting where the teachers know my child personally and we feel like part of the program. My daughter attends this KinderCare, and while I was hesitant because of how the KinderCare in Kansas where we moved from had many issues, this center has been nothing short of amazing. Her teachers go above and beyond to make sure we're in the loop and so that her routine stays the same. The directors have been great since we are constantly having to change Her schedule due to work changes and availability. We don't plan on her changing centers for a long time. A year ago I would have said that this is the best place for your child. My family has been there for four years and 3 years at a kindercare in PA. However, I will say this center has changed directors more this past year and lost so many wonderful teachers. Recently, my son was subjected to what I can only classify as verbal abuse from his teacher. I am appalled! The corporate office did nothing to investigate and I am severely disappointed. This teacher, Kara, in the threes classroom has not only called my child ignorant but also told another child that she is and I quote "sick of his shit". They are being investigated by state as well as corporate, yet this teacher is still teaching our children and has been given more hours! I cannot believe how poorly my family was treated after this monster attacked my child. They are making excuses and don't want to fess up to the incident. Also, the other day I was there and had to kill a cockroach that was by our children... this teacher as named above watched me kill it and I had to pick it up with toilet paper and flush it! A year ago, I would have been happy to recommend this center, not its run by a dictator who doesn't let the teachers use the bathroom, threatens their jobs on a daily basis and yells at staff in front of our innocent children. I will warn you now... don't take your child here. We are fully investigating the issues and believe me this will be public knowledge! I will not have another child subjected to this abuse ever again. read more

Our son started in the toddler class a little over 2 months ago. We were nervous to see how he would adapt as we just moved here from Massachusetts. He went to a KinderCare there and loved the center. On our move here, we had him enrolled in another school but when we got to Arizona and went to visit the school, it was miserable. Not what we expected nor what he liked at all, so we scrambled to find a new school and it lead us to power ranch KinderCare. As we walked in, his face lit up and the director Darby and co-director Sabrina greeted us with open arms! We got a tour of the center and met his possible teachers. After our tour, we knew this was where he needed to be again! So far, we love power ranch KinderCare. We feel that our son gets a lot of attention from his teachers Ms. Sandy & Ms., Trish, as well as lots of love from Darby, Sabrina and Kiera - you can tell by their familiarity with his personality quirks and favorite activities. Each of the teachers know my sons by name, even the ones in the baby classroom who don't interact with him as often. The facilities clean, and just got redone and beautiful. Each classroom has an indescribable homey feel. Our son loves the story time circle as well as dramatic play in the room. He has made many friends and feels so happy there! The toddler classroom windows are higher up by the street, so you can easily look down and wave to your child after drop-off and on your way in to pick-up. It's very sweet to peek in and see our boy! I have also been very pleased by the variety of activities. The teachers take the toddler students to play outside as much as they can (heat permitting), create age-appropriate art projects, and sing songs during circle time, sometimes even cook yummy treats! The center provides morning breakfast/snack, full healthy lunch and afternoon snack for the day. The children have an afternoon nap, and the teachers make sure our son has his "boots" and favorite blanket. He loves to be there on Friday, for treasure box Friday's where they get treats at pick-up! We also get a monthly calendar where we know all the special events each day or special items to wear to school that day. Finally, I really appreciate the level of individualized communication from the teachers. I get information about his day at pick-up from petty much anyone that saw him throughout the day. I very much appreciate how he is treated as an individual and how much his teachers clearly care, but most of all how their director and assistant director Darby & Sabrina truly made us feel at home! read more

We have been attending Kindercare Power Ranch for almost a year now. My infant, now 1 year old is in great hands! We love his teachers and the environment. From the office staff, classroom teachers and helpers all the way to the director, we couldn't be more pleased! Give it a chance and you will be glad you did! I can't talk about the other rooms since I only experienced the toddler room. But the way they are running their toddler room is unacceptable. There have been numerous times where I'd drop of my child and there would be at least 10 toddlers to one teacher. There was even an incident when the one teach had about 8 toddlers outside by herself and it started to rain. I walked in to drop my child off and ended up helping her get all the children in since she couldn't do it by herself. My child would also come home STARVING. The second I got him he would start signing more and crying the entire car ride home for food. Once I got home he would eat double the amount he normally would in one meal. I confronted the teacher and the director about this and the teacher told me "oh he's a great eater". Which I was confused about since his behavior. Later that day the teacher said "well I forgot actually he won't really eat for us". AND YALL ARE JUST NOW TELLING ME THIS? After talking to the director about this she said "I'll make sure the teacher gives him extra time to eat". So your telling me if my TODDLER doesn't eat fast enough y'all take the food away? Terrible. My son also has sensitive skin so I bring diapers for him and there was numerous times where he would come home in the wrong diaper and with a terrible rash. I also gave them diaper rash cream to use as needed which the misplaced. I was done with this place after that. So if you have a toddler I would recommend the Goddard school or Creme de la Creme. They are in the same area and they actually feed your child. Also the price is almost the exact same. read more

I have been taking my foster kids to this Kindercare for over 3 years and have never had a problem. However, recently when Darby became the director things went completely downhill. Darby discriminates against foster families and DES kids as well as special needs children. My foster son is epileptic and has to miss days for Dr's appointments and hospital stays. Darby told me that if he missed more than 2 days a month, I would be charged an additional $30 a day. My foster son's emergency seizure medication is supposed to be kept in a lock box in the classroom with him per doctor's orders. On our last day at Kindercare, I asked for his meds and Darby had taken them out of the classroom and it took her teachers 15 minutes to find them. He is supposed to have his medication after 3 minutes or he can be permanently brain damaged. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE. read more
