We wanted to like this place, but unfortunately from the time the appointment was made (asked for a stylist who specialized in balayage - found out after the fact that we were scheduled with someone with little experience) to the customer service after the poor results, I am completely disappointed. Hair was completely spotty and orange in color. One side was bleached at least 2 inches higher than the other side. The only solution was to go back to the same stylist many days later and was not even told if I would be charged or not for the second visit so I decided to go else where for safety of further damage. Manager finally called me after almost a week later with no solution. The stylist who fixed it said she couldn't believe they let us leave with these results. read more

I was so disappointed with my pedicure. They don't have chairs to sit in, just a bench with pillows behind your back! The basins did not circulate the water either. The actual polish part was good, but I was so disappointed in the lack of typical amenities. There wasn't a dryer to dry my nails, they used a spray that made my sandals very slippery. read more

Booked services online and chose a lower level stylist to save money. I would say "you get what you pay for"...except they charged me a heck of a lot more than what was quoted. Online a partial highlight, cut and style was supposed to be $78.00. When I checked out at register they charged me $108.00. I even received an email notification that stated my services would cost $78.00 but didn't bring it with me to salon. I asked for a wedge cut and she chopped my hair off straight across in the back. It did not blend with the longer hair in the front. Won't go back to this salon. read more

Not a good place to get nails if you get jasmine. She's does both but clearly better at hair. Pedi was half ass; had to request nails be cut and nothing was done with cuticles. Polish could have used a third coat as well. Full set is def not worth your time; tips were triangle (even though Square was requested, heck even oval would have been okay) and wayyyy to thick (even though the natural look was requested). They were not filed evenly (entire nail had lumps from acrylic and they were crooked). Cuticles were done with a nail file (no mani whatsoever) and the acrylic was about a mm from the cuticles (looked like it needed a fill). Nail polish had smudges from not being dry and it wasn't fixed. Also, the glue could be seen (were the stones were placed). Poor quality for the price. Waste of your time and micromanaging was in full affect. Please, please, please Get a more experienced tech if you go there or better yet the schedulers should give you fair warning ahead of time unless they like unsatisfied customers. read more
