He got his buffer and grabbed my big toe and lifted my leg up and held it while he buffed my heel and the bottom of my foot. I thought he pulled my toe out of the socket. I had everything I could do to keep from yelling out loud. Polish is dull, not sure he used a top coat. He kept bumping the little drying thing on my nails when he would move it from 1 foot to the other. I won't go back.

First & last time getting my hair cut at Salon 101. She used a brush instead of a wide tooth comb & violently ripped through my hair. She faced me away from the mirror the entire time she cut it so I couldn't see what she was doing. There was also some guy who came into her station & stood right next to me, asking her questions about perms for like 10 minutes. She barely dried it & then charged $30. That's $30 for just the cut. No wash, no style. The haircut was so terrible I cried in the parking lot & then went to The Ritz. I walked in & the owner saw my hair, said she wanted to fix it & then did so free of charge. My hair looks amazing now thanks to The Ritz & I will not be returning to Salon 101.
