Nice setup with a dozen massage chairs for pedi and almost as many for manis. They are playing a loop of techno holiday music which is a bit surreal. Like Christmas carols on steroids. They pay attention to detail and ensure that you have a good experience every time. They pay attention in conversations and remember details you shared for next time. They build relationships with costumers. They are quick and efficient. I always ask for Nina. I enjoy talking to her, but I also just think she does an amazing job. Admittedly, I was nervous because I've had such difficulty at all other places but here so I wasn't sure what to expect, but he did a nice job, especially since I had used Gorilla Glue on 3 of my broken nails to keep the length before my visit! Haha! He 'worked' with what I gave him and they turned out quite professional looking. I never have any problems with the quality of work here. As for any naysayer in these other comments, I don't know why their experiences were any less than perfection. I've been to this facility for a few years every so many weeks before my recent gap and ALWAYS had great visits. They're worth the drive for me.
