She was asking Jordan the entire time what color to do and how to do my hair.. she shouldn't have even taken me on if she wasn't able to do color. And this was after coming in for a separate consult before even booking me an appointment! I had weird chunky bleach stripes and looked like a skunk and thankfully Jordan had me come back and fixed it and I've been going to her ever since for trims and anything else I need done. Jordan is so chill, easy to book with (go through her insta or text, not the shop itself if you can) and just a genuinely cool person. If you want ANY kind of color service please save yourself the trouble and only book with Jordan.
