So wherever Amy goes, I go as well. Natura is very clean, modern, and spacious. I came here for the first time on Friday morning, and was very pleased by the experience I had gotten. I was also very pleased to see many faces aside from Amy -- including Anita Aunty, and Sweta Aunty. I got my haircut the same as always, then I got my eyebrows threaded, and my underarms and arms waxed. They are very reasonably priced for essentially every service, are extremely clean, and really good about making appointments. Anita Aunty is so good at threading and waxing that it never even hurts. They are also very meticulous, and will make sure that there aren't hairs that they missed. Anyway, obviously I will be back. I was very nervous about trying a new place because my hair is very thick, and I've had issues in the past with stylists not knowing how to manage it. When I called to make an appointment, I asked for a stylist who had a lot of experience and truly knew what they were doing. I was told that Dipul, the owner, was one of the best--so I booked with her, and I can honestly say I have not regretted it once in the past two years! Dipul is amazing. She really listens to what you want. I bring her pictures, and she gives thoughtful recommendations based on my hair type and texture. Every time I leave the salon, I'm thrilled with both my cut and color. The whole team is fantastic, and Dipul is truly one of the best I would absolutely recommend this salon to anyone looking for great cuts and beautiful color!

She was asking Jordan the entire time what color to do and how to do my hair.. she shouldn't have even taken me on if she wasn't able to do color. And this was after coming in for a separate consult before even booking me an appointment! I had weird chunky bleach stripes and looked like a skunk and thankfully Jordan had me come back and fixed it and I've been going to her ever since for trims and anything else I need done. Jordan is so chill, easy to book with (go through her insta or text, not the shop itself if you can) and just a genuinely cool person. If you want ANY kind of color service please save yourself the trouble and only book with Jordan. The other girls seem to only really be experienced in cutting and styling longer straight hair from what I've seen so anything beyond that is at your own risk.

We got there and were rushed to pick a color (as ALWAYS), and then they had us sit for another 40 minutes waiting...? I asked the owner multiple times how long it would take because they were taking in people that came in after us WITHOUT an appointment for pedicures and mom had to get to work. He literally blatantly ignored me twice and third time, laughed saying it'll happen like "magic." He didn't even care to ask when mom had to get to work. They consistently are completely disrespectful of people's time and appointments are useless here. The technicians are not very skilled and can only do basic nails and each time I've done almond shape here, I leave disappointed with the shape despite having asked for it to be fixed multiple times. She confirmed the time and agreed to take me with him. When I arrived 10 minutes early, a person came and spoke with Manish. They seemed to be friends. However, when it was my appointment time, Manish took his friend instead. When I asked him about it, he said it might be my friend's appointment and asked me to confirm again. That time, a lady named Lovely took my appointment over the phone. She informed me that I hadn't mentioned Manish for your haircut. She lied to me and showed no humility or courtesy.
