This was my second time at the salon and I thought I had finally found a place in my new area but I was very wrong and the way the owner handled things when I told her was disheartening. I came in for a pedicure with my mom, I got Mimi. She just immediately starts doing my pedicure and never asks me what kind I want until the gentlemen doing my mom's nails finally came over to start on my mom and before he did anything he asked my mom what she wanted which prompted Mimi to ask me more than half way through if I wanted something more. She barely smoothened the bottom of my foot so when it came time for the paraffin everything stayed on the bottom and she really didn't do much to make sure everything came off so I sat and started scraping it off myself. Additionally, you can see she did a slop job with my paint job and cuticles. Super disappointing after a $73 pedicure. So when I was checking out, I told the owner I was not happy with my experience and I won't be tipping and showed her what happened and she said "oh, sorry I'll talk to her and make her fix it." WHAT? No! Clearly she didn't do it right the first time why would she do it right the second? My friend owns a multiple nail salons in Ohio and when someone messes up she or someone she trusts will fix the mistake especially if the client feels a way already about who they had. read more

After looking around for a decent salon, the reviews of this place lead us here. Well that was a mistake. I sent my 17 year old here to get her nails done for prom and they must have seen her coming a mile away, they told her $60 for her nails, then added bows "since you having a prom," but didn't tell her about the $20 up charge, then I called her to say go ahead and get a pedicure, listened to the woman tell her it was $38 regular pedicure, or $48 for gel, "I have the color that would match your nails," and then they charged her $5 to brush opaque powder on the gel to match the white chrome nails. She asked the technician for their cash app or Zelle for tip and was told she had to tip at the front desk, well now she has to use her card and lo and behold, there's a fee. BEWARE! In hindsight I should have gone with her, but they also shouldn't scam kids. She got dip nails on HER NATURAL NAIL. $60 is crazy work. read more

Disappointing experience here. I asked for a manicure / pedicure, explaining my my nails were next gen/dip. After repeatedly saying, "Please wrap my nails," I was walked to a pedicure chair with an employee playing video games in the chair next to me. I repeated the need to wrap my nails with no avail. When my mediocre pedicure was complete, (my pedicurist was not listening to my needs as well). The same guy playing video games now decides to work on my nails. Because he didn't wrap them, he drilled them down, followed by cutting them after REPEATEDLY tell him don't cut them and don't drill on them!!! 4.5 hours later, there is not enough time or energy to detail my disappointment thoroughly. Not only me, but this happened to a few others I heard. I really thought I found a place to go to even though it's 11 miles from my home. I've been coming here since beginning of August. The technician I had name is Lee . I will never come back here again after today and I don't think the women that witnessed what they heard and saw will come back either. One girl sitting next to me says to me "he is so nasty "she couldn't believe it, And she wasn't happy with her nails the way they were coming out, but they corrected it,her technician did not get nasty with her. To start he asked me what color do I want. As soon as I told him, I'llI have the same polish I have on my nails thats when it all started. He told me it's gonna be $65, I said that's not what you charged me a couple weeks ago when I was here .He went crazy had gotten so upset and angry and yelling at me that two girls looked at me and put their eyes up in the air like oh my God. I said yes you did in shock of his demeanor. That's what you charging me now I asked. I was only having fills and the nails polished, nothing to get excited about. I'm not having a full set of nails. Because it's a holiday I just said fine continue but he kept mounted off and then in his language it was horrible. I was very hard sitting there I was dry uncomfortable. I'm not used to anybody being aggressively abusive like that. I knew he had a problem at that point. The very first time I had came there they quoted me one price and he just raised it up more when he was finish with my nails, and when I said something to the owner, she said well each one of them have their prices. I SHOULD Have KNOWN THEN, he was a problem. So I had to eat it so I've been eating it ever since But because I question him this time he had gotten aggressive with me.I've never seen somebody get so anger very nasty. I said OK fine just do it because it's a holiday and honestly, I wanted to get the hell out of there at this point. Than out of the clear blue sky turned around while doing my nails and says to me angry, "you are crazy".I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I said excuse me !!! He replied "you're crazy","That's what's wrong with you". I said don't call me crazy and I meant it, he said you are crazy. I said that is not nice. The girl on the right side of me was shaking her head like no way, Again, I said nothing because my hands were in his hands. The whole time he was so nasty to me. I paid the $65 cash at checkout.. I looked at my hands and it was polish all on the sides of my thumb and a clunk of pink polish on back of my finger. I kindly ask him would you please get it off? He was annoyed and we went back to where I was sitting to take excess polish off. The new girl was sitting there now. I opened the draw and to put his $5 tip in( which he didn't deserved). He said you could just peel it off yourself, but he took it off my skin annoyed.But that was his remark so I opened the drawer and I put the five dollars in the drawer, he got his hand and slammed the drawer close on my finger. I yelled ouch pulled my finger out and it was hurting. Lee turn around and said that's because you upset me today I and two other girls looked at him and could not believe this. I thought the girls was gonna get up and leave just shocked like I was. Lee said he was upset with me for asking about the price and "this is what you get", . I did not deserve the abuse I received both verbal and physical this happened yo me here.He said that's what you get. I don't like setting bad remarks about a company at all. In fact I always do good surveys, my husband and I will do for people that deserve it. But I don't want this to be happening to anybody else I will never come back here again. I am so upset and my finger is throbbing. If it turns black and blue then they're gonna have a problem. . I'm not tolerating the abuse and the verbal abuse I received here. Please go somewhere else if you have to because this guy Lee should not be working at a nail salon. He doesn't like to be asked questions he gets nasty and gets offended, he's got anger issues. Please do not go there or do not go to him. We're not coming there at all, and I recommended the people that I know to go there which I will be telling them they're not gonna be going there either. This place has changed hands, and with that, the prices have gone up as well. I had probably one of the worst pedicures of my life. The tech couldn't finish fast enough. I still had tons of dry skin that should have been filed or buffed off, but didn't notice that until I got home. I also had nexgen powder dip. It only lasted a week and a half. Normally, nexgen lasts me a whole month or longer without chunks chipping off. Definitely won't return. read more

This place is horrible. I've given this place many chances to get my pedicure right. First, they're very disorganized. They take on more clients they can handle and before you know it, you're waiting 30-45 minutes. Appointment or not. The quality is horrible. The last THREE pedicures, I left disappointed. I've had 2 different nail technicians totally disregard my requests, they don't push your cuticles back nor treat them. The nail polish almost never looks good. They cannot do a French tip. It's a horrible experience each time, doesn't matter who you get. I recommend avoiding this place at all costs. If you want a relaxed experience, don't come here. read more

Never come here. It is a factory with total disregard for their customers. The manager says yes to everyone and then pressures the manicurists to hurry up with their current client so they can squeeze in the next. They hire inexperienced staff as well. Manicure done in five minutes without proper filing, without cuticle oil or trimming cuticles. Sloppy nail polish application. Yes we said something and the manager "fixed" it while on the phone the whole time telling more customers to come in. They talk about their customers but guess what... some of us speak many languages and understand what is being said. Their motto is " who cares what kind of job you do, these clients don't know the difference and they'll just keep coming back" as I heard them say. This place mocks their clients. It's a shame but cannot recommend this place at all. Poor hygiene practices as well but how can they maintain hygiene in a factory like this. Steer clear. read more

Ive used this salon before for a dip manicure w an oval almond shape file and a gel pedicure, no issues. My next time in .. 30 min passed my scheduled time.... after soaking off my dip power the nail tech asked me if i would like them shorter. I replied yes a little bit shorter please. She proceeded to cut them down into a square shape after i already told her i wanted the same shape as before. She then tells me after cutting them into a diff shape that there is a charge to file them back to the almond oval shape i walked in with. By this time i have been in the salon for 2.5 hours. My nails are now tiny nubs so i asked her to just continue w gel polish. I finally get up to pay 3 hours later and they charged me for the soak off of the dip, which i got gel and would have had to soak off anyway .. and she charged my card the full amount twice!!
