My mom and I went in as it was nearby and seemed to have decent reviews online. She for a pedicure me for a gel manicure with cat eye. Started great...but after the owner left because his "chicken was going to go bad" all hell broke loose. Originally they said they had a ton of cat eye colors, they hadn't made a display, but I could look at the polishes. They were all brown, gold, or red...and not a traditional cat eye but frosted instead (they call it glass fruit). The nail tech Peter said I should get chrome instead(well sure it was an extra $5 for chrome for an already overpriced manicure). They then said their examples were really faded and they would show me on a new nail. I apologized(even though they offered) and was told I was somewhat a pain in the butt(wth). I picked the holo chrome(as I was told that was the "shiniest"). It was then the owner left. Peter started to paint my nails black for the base...and kept painting the next actual finger skin(he wasn't paying attention). His wife(?) was sitting next to us nagging him and he was trying to get out of there even though the salon was open for another hour. He then started to put the powder on, but as he used a quick dry top coat and not the right one for chrome, it was patchy. He then started a top coat over the chrome powder and of course it started to streak. He then started to pour the powder onto the nails and hoped that the top coat would magically work. They looked like I dipped my fingers in dirt or dust. He then said I have to come back tomorrow because he doesn't know how to do the chrome and that he needs to leave. I don't live here...I can't come back(and shouldn't have to). Why offer a service to your customers that you don't know how to do? He and his wife went to leave, my mother was finishing her pedicure. He told her nail tech she had to stay late(now it was about 10 minutes before the salon closed) and walked out the door. She said they "always do this and leave early". She was very nice but im not about to make someone stay late and fix someone's issues. If you want to leave with messy black nails instead of pretty holiday nails this is the place. If you want to actually get what you went in for...I would advise to look elsewhere. read more

Nail technician was very nice but the quality of this manicure could have been better. The nail technician left so much product on my fingers and you can still see the red dip from my previous manicure in some areas. I asked for a particular shade 'funny bunny' that they said they had but when I saw the name on the product it was "French white". The shade now (not pictured) has yellowed. French white and funny bunny are not the same shade. I would suggest to just be honest on whether or not you have the product being asked for and have the client leaving without product left behind. read more

The first day after all the top coat started peeling off and now a week later a nail broke. $50 for horrible service. Don is the owner. I've been going to luxury nails since last year. He always did a decent job in the past. But something happened to his way of operating a nail salon. I had an appointment on a Sunday morning at 11 am. When I arrived I was told he wasn't in. The receptionist said she called me to say he wouldn't be in. It was a lie... I never received a call. I had a 10:30 am appointment on Wednesday. When I arrived Don was not there. I was told he'd be right back. I waited until 10:45 .,,no Don. So I left. My friend told me that he told her that at 10:20 he decided to go to Dunkin Donuts for Coffee. Apparently he doesn't care about his Clients. When he didn't show up on Sunday he admitted to me that he had a hangover. If I could give zero stars I would. This place doesn't seem to care about their clients Stay away!!!!!!! read more

I recently moved from another state and have been in search of a decent nail salon in the area. This was recommended to me by a friend so we made appointments for full sets to see how they turned out. First of all, none of the technicians are up to date on how to do anything besides plain acrylic nails. I always get a full set of pink and whites with ombré, and apparently only one of the workers actually knows how to do this and of course he was working on someone else at the time. I decided to settle on a full set of white tips (the easiest, most basic nail ever) thinking it couldn't be possible for someone to screw that up.... I could not have been more wrong. My nails are all uneven, different lengths, and so thin they feel like they could break in half at any second. They did nothing to either of our cuticles or nail beds, and threw full sets on without properly prepping the nails. Both of us went in with pictures of what we wanted and neither of us got anything close. I left the salon with acrylic all over my skin, and am still trying to get it off of my fingers where the technician failed to clean it properly. To top it off the workers are extremely rude. Will not return and definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. You should spend your hard earned money elsewhere. UPDATE: I got them done yesterday and two of them have already split in half. I had to cut them all down short because they were so brittle. DO NOT GIVE THIS SALON YOUR BUSINESS read more

Until 24 hrs later when I added a coat if my top coat which I always do to preserve my manicure and my nail polish started to crack. Literally I have lines all over my nails! Sooo dissapointed. Regardless of the bad reviews, I have been going here for the past 2 years on and off. I see Kelli only so I have no one else to compare to. She is super sweet, nice, and funny. I enjoy going in for a day of beauty. Gel manicure, pedicure, waxing. I am late sometimes and she has never rushed me. She makes sure I am satisfied and she has learned what I like without me having to say anything. I don't like traditional and I love "bling bling" as she calls it. Yet in a professional setting I still need to maintain a clean look. Kelli does this for me. Sometimes I let her pick colors because she knows what I like now. Prices are reasonable. The rest of the staff says hello. I recommend you go there with an open mind and no attitude and forget the reviews of some pist off people. Go see Kelli, she will treat you right! read more

Came here because they were open at 9 when most places open at 10! Loved their variety of opi gel colors . The lady that did my nails was very nice and quiet of course lol the place is very nice and nicely decorated and you can see they use quality stuff which is nice. I got a gel manicure with the opi color mod about you and she did it beautifully without making it so thick it looks like a fake nail! Went to put my shoes on after my pedicure to see that all of my skin was painted, as if a 5 year old painted my nails. I pointed it out and the lady acted like everything was fine. I had to call the owner over and he didn't even apologize he just spoke to her in their language and then with an attitude she proceeded to fix them. I was a very excited to get my nails done and normally I either plan ahead or I end up going ahead and choosing a color there. I called and made an appointment and when I arrived 10 minutes early I was made to wait for about 40 minutes past my appointment time for walk ins and people who came in after me. I understand wanting to do as many people as possible but I think you should respect the people who make the appointments and their time. I am finally sat with someone and I produce an image of what I would like to have done and I ask the question "Can you do this?" He of course says yes and begins. However when I make comments about how I'd like the nails to look it leads down a long disappointing road. My nails look awful I have weird dents in my nails and almost all my fingers are cut up and bleeding because he is too rough with the materials and didn't even properly remove the color from last time off my fingers. If a customer asks if you can do the nails they want do not lie to them and say yes and the deliver a result and make rude comments. This used to be my goto but after this being the second time I've received bad service recently part being the cut fingers I will look elsewhere. BE WARNED!! read more

The instruments came out of drawer, not sanitized, still have ingrown nail and toe nails were not filed straight sctoss as i asked. No massaging either. I went to this salon out of suggestion from my hair stylist. I will not be going back. The salon looks run down and out dated. The hispanic lady that completed my nails seemed to be watching the tv more than watching my nails during my pedicure. The pedicure itself was rather painful as she filled my nails very low. She seemed very rushed to complete the service. My manicure was not any better. She cut my cuticle rather well with the file on my thumb. Her polish job looks worse than when I do it myself. I have tried this place a few times and each time is a disappointment. First experience, appointment with Tee for pedicure and Ty for acrylic fill. Tee and Ty both did a great job on the work. Ty was about 20 minutes late for the appointment. Second experience, same appointments with Tee & Ty. This time Tee was about 10 minutes late but Ty was over 30 minutes late. The owner Don is non-apologetic, offers no discount for delay, etc. Just seems to think he is doing you a favor by allowing someone to work on your nails. Eventually got so fed up asked for someone else to do the work. Again, no apology. I was just told we run behind. Well why take appointments then????? Third appointment, pedicure with Tee and switching to Nex Gen with Ty. Pedicure was good. When time for my Nex Gen, Ty is nowhere to be seen. Don tells me he is on his way, only 5 minutes. I am waiting, waiting and waiting. Another 10 min and still no Ty, Ask Don what's going on. He said he will be he shortly. Now its over 20 minutes again. I ask for someone else to do the work. About 10 minutes into this, Ty finally shows up (about 35 min after appointment time). Fourth and final time. Scheduled for pedicure with Tee and Nex Gen fill with Don. Get there and Tee is still working on someone else. Another wait, luckily only 5 minutes. She begins to set up and plans to use the tools she just finished using on a man that looked to have infected feet. There was no cleaning of the tools or change of tools. She said she washed them with soap and water. Meanwhile, not once did she leave the pedicure chair area, so no way were they washed. Regardless, soap and water are not going to sanitize the tools. I got up and left and will never go back. Be careful - they are not cleaning all the tools - you will get fungus and infection. Do not recommend. Go to Parkland Nails just up the road. read more

This was the worst manicure experience I have ever had. Previously I visited this salon a year ago and had a bad manicure; I thought things might have changed and I should give it another chance. However, I was wrong. First off, my manicure lasted about 15-20 minutes in which my cuticles were bleeding and the polish was painted on with streaks unevenly. During the time I was there, the stylist made three personal calls including one being a video FaceTime with her boyfriend! I hate to put this out there, but I wanted to highlight the level of unprofessionalism and lack of service I received. When I told the manager I did not like the manicure, he simply stated I could have a color change. Color change? How about not having to pay for horrible service? I was so unhappy with the manicure, I just asked the stylist to take off the polish and left with bare nails. Either way, I did not make a scene, paid and left. I later went to another salon to have my nails re-done. If a salon is going to have luxury in their title, maybe they should actually offer luxury services! It's frustrating as a customer to not only pay for bad service, but to have management not care. When hiring someone, management needs to instruct their employees, they are being paid to do a job and they should be professional. What's the point of hiring people who can't even paint nails properly which is about 80% of the task?
