I personally go to the Studio 6 Salon at least twice a month and I have always been very satisfied with their customer service. Before I retired, I was a business owner myself. Occasionally, and it was rare, I would have a disappointed customer. They arrive as enthusiastic new clients and then complain about absolutely everything in order to get a discount or refund. Trust me they are out there. Meanwhile, this is a very relaxing salon and leaves its clients with a very calming feeling.

I was a first timer and didn't have any preference and my cut was quite bad. I asked for a straight cut with some pieces to frame my face.. I didn't get styled so i didn't know until I got home, but one side on my hair is considerably shorter than the other side. And the framing also was only done to one side of my face. Super bizarre almost like a homemade hair cut. I won't share the name of the stylist/hair cut woman but proceed with caution or go off recommendations if you know people who get their haircut from here!
