I personally go to the Studio 6 Salon at least twice a month and I have always been very satisfied with their customer service. Before I retired, I was a business owner myself. Occasionally, and it was rare, I would have a disappointed customer. They arrive as enthusiastic new clients and then complain about absolutely everything in order to get a discount or refund. Trust me they are out there. Meanwhile, this is a very relaxing salon and leaves its clients with a very calming feeling.
