She is great with consulting the best style, comfort, and length of lashes for your eye shape, as well as, communicating post and ongoing lash care. Her online appointment booking system is easy, she responds to emails timely, and has convenient payment options. I've never had an issue scheduling appointments. She's flexible and super accommodating too! Mackenzie is awesome with keeping up on her training and trends in the industry. Once my first lash girl moved out of state I spent a solid 2 years trying to find the same quality and service. I had been to a total of around 13 lash studios. You can save yourself the time and money and just go see Baylee. You will still look like you have your full lashes weeks after your appointment as she takes the time and uses quality lashes and glues. Plus she's just a really nice person who will read the room when you have an appointment. Feel like chatting, she's ready. Just want to zone out and listen to music? But if they don't turn the phones on, there's nobody to answer, to make the appointment! I did not know they were appointment only, I walked in and got dirty looks from staff SMH! I got a basic pedicure, which is actually NOT what I wanted. I wanted to upgrade! However my tech did not speak English nor did she take time to ask! The service itself was OK, very fast, in and out in 45 minutes or so. Massage not included! Also, the polish lasted less than two weeks! They do not clean the lotions and oils off of your nails... so after 10 days I noticed chipping! Oh and they offered me drink service. But after I put in my order, they told me it was only for hour long services and only one per customer. Doesn't seem worth the effort! One star service, gets a one star review - Do better!! A few positives though, they put quite a bit of time and money into the design of the salon. Overall, they are friendly. But that does not negate everything said above! TBH, it's worth driving 20 minutes to my old nail salon (with 5 star reviews).
