This spa is truly top notch, and the variety of services in this space is amazing. You truly feel like you are in Beverly Hills or something, it's that nice. The women who work here are also so fun and truly like each other, which just creates a bubbly fun environment. Brittany is a master of what she does. I have had a few bad lash lifts in the past, and she was honest with me that there was still some damage and that she wasn't going to let the solution sit for as long in order to protect them. I feel like that was really fair and nice of her to protect me like that. I also got a brow lamination and WOW! I have seen so many overly fluffy/glued brows and been scared, but she made them look so natural. I also just genuinely enjoyed being around her- her positivity is infectious. We chatted about procedures and services to try for my wedding and I never felt like I was listening to a sales pitch, it felt like chatting with a friend. I wanted to freshen up my look, and discovered Glam Seattle. Brittany had reached out to me same day after I had scheduled my appointments online, and provided all the details on the services I was requesting to make sure it was what I was wanting. This made me feel so much better about getting each procedure done. The day of, she walked me through the process, and took her time finding the right colors. I was nervous about going darker on the lips at first, so I went with a lighter color. She put plenty of treatment on the brows and lips, and felt no pain during each procedure. She also checked in on me frequently to make sure I was doing ok. Immediately after, there was very minimal swelling which went away within 24-48 hours. I recommend following the healing directions she hands out at the end with the care kit she provides. I was so happy with my results, she totally nailed the look that I wanted!!! I did get complimentary touch-ups with the combo packages I chose (which I also recommend). She was flexible on the scheduling, and I decided I wanted to go darker on the lips. Brittany was totally accommodating to all my wants and needs, making sure that I was happy. She also checked in with me after both visits to follow up with any questions I had, and to make sure my healing process was going smoothly. I worked with the Smiles staff the first visit and then with Dr Steven Doyle the second. During my evaluation I felt well taken care of, attended to, and everyone, especially the receptionists, were going beyond their line of duty to make sure I was doing well. During my surgery appointment, the staff was incredible, they were so supportive and genuinely cared about me. Not to mention Dr Doyle, who sat with me for as long as I wanted to with my X-rays and explained everything he was going to do and answered all my questions. Not only did he care for me before and during my surgery, but included his personal number in my post op paperwork and has texted with me on multiple occasions about my recovery and what is normal vs abnormal over a week after the fact. I was incredibly happy with my care there, and I am TERRIFIED of dental work so that is huge... thanks Dr Doyle!

They are so kind and thorough and excellent at what they did and do. I never felt an ounce of pain with my last root canal and I just can't tell you how great they are. It's like you walk in to family and they have the best rates and the best technology. There's many sunrise dental's if you live by Arlington definitely try and use their location because it's just like coming to your home and I never feel pain before or after or during my procedure they make sure that you were always as comfortable as possible. Their office staff is amazing. They are on it they know exactly how much you've left on insurance how much you have to pay out of pocket everything is literally talk to you immediately before the procedure so there's no surprises!! ..........! also they'll text you and you can text them right back they really go out of their way to give superior service and Dr. T they don't get better than him. My biggest issues were the lack of transparency, inconsistent communication, and failure to properly address my concerns. I repeatedly received unexpected balance statements months after paying what I was quoted. Every time I contacted the office, I received a different explanation. At one point I was even told to ignore a balance statement because it "wasn't actually a bill," only to receive another one later. Patients should never have to guess whether they owe money after being told everything was paid. I also had ongoing problems obtaining my records and X-rays. Despite multiple promises over the phone and by text that they would be sent to me, I repeatedly dealt with delays, excuses, and inconsistent answers. I completed Invisalign here as well and was disappointed with the final outcome. Whenever I raised concerns, I felt they were dismissed rather than genuinely addressed. The reason I am updating this review is because I finally sought a second opinion after losing confidence in this office. That decision may have saved my teeth. For months, I repeatedly complained about pain and sensitivity in a tooth with a previous root canal. I was simply told I needed a new crown. No one identified the real problem or referred me to a specialist. After seeing another dentist and then an endodontist, both independently diagnosed a significant infection beneath that root canal that requires a complete redo of root canal. The endodontist also evaluated a filling that had been placed at this office. They were very concerned about how deep it extends toward the nerve and explained that it needs to be replaced because there is an infection adjacent to the nerve. I was also informed there is approximately a 50% chance that replacing the filling could result in needing another root canal because of how deep it is. Learning that I have multiple infections requiring treatment after repeatedly reporting pain and sensitivity has been devastating. I can't help but wonder whether these issues could have been identified much sooner had my concerns been taken more seriously. I have since transferred my dental care elsewhere and no longer have confidence in the care I received here. If you choose this office, I strongly recommend getting every quote in writing, keeping every receipt, requesting copies of your records and X-rays immediately, and seeking a second opinion if something doesn't feel right. I wish I had.
