I was told kindly by Megan, the sweet owner of this aesthetic place, that it's because my lashes on one eye are longer than the other. Roxanne, who did my lashes, should take that into consideration, it says they're the professionals, so i'm unsure what happened. I'm not the expert with lashes, but I hoped she would've been. Roxanne is super friendly though and Megan is very customer service oriented. I got i ntouch with her hoping to get it redone, but was offered a lash tint when my lashes are already black.... I feel like a lash lift is just a lash lift though. Just sucks having paid what I did for a 'professional' lash lift that wasn't accomadating to my lashes. Beauty is a science, and I dont think it was measured in my appointment with Roxanne. I wish I could give 5 stars for how friendly they all are and how beautiful her business is, but i'm just still not happy with the outcome. This lash lift adds to the crookedness of my face. I'm sure their other services are much better and they're all worth a professional price, but not with a lash lift based on my experience.

I booked a mini chakra facial and was stuck in heavy traffic on my way over.. knowing that the service is only 30 min and I would be about 15 minutes late I called her to inform her that I would be so late that maybe it would be best that I just get charged the cancellation fee and I'd come back down to see her next month . I'm a service provider myself and I know how frustrating it can be when people are really late and she probably had other clients to see after my appointment so I didn't want to rush her but she worked with me and pushed my appointment down 15 minutes and gave me my full service and then some !! I wasn't expecting much, especially since my dermatologist had told me that I was "already receiving the best skin care treatments" at her office. Wendy definitely proved her wrong. Right from the start, Wendy truly listened to my struggles with acne and she was very caring and empathic toward my situation since she has had her own skin battles in the past. She educated me on how to treat my acne problem with simple lifestyle and dietary changes. She also offered me personalized skin products that, although not cheap, are definitely affordable and less expensive than anything else I had received from dermatologists prescriptions. Within just a couple months, my skin was better than it had been since elementary school and it has only improved in the past two years with her products. Now, I barely break out and my skin has never been healthier. However, I cannot give this business 5 stars despite my incredible skin transformation. A little over a year ago, Wendy decided to hand off her older patients to a new esthetician so that she could accept more new clients.
