I found Kally Threading on Yelp and saw the reviews were good and decided to give it a shot. I am a fan! I called and was advised I could just walk in, which is very convenient as my last salon required appts and sometimes they were more than a month out and if you had to cancel it was almost impossible to reschedule without waiting another month for an appt to come open. Kally threading is in a shopping complex with easy access and parking. The gal working was so nice, efficient, and detailed. I was in and out in 20 minutes and my brows look better than ever (and that is saying a lot because the last place did a fantastic job but charged too much). I ended up buying a package plan, which is a really great deal (5 brow threads with tint for 100). I am very happy with this business and recommend it, highly, to anyone looking for affordable eyebrow care. I did see that they offer other services as well (eyelashes, etc).

During…read morethe appointment, I explained multiple times that I wanted a light, soft, natural look because my eyebrows are very important to me. The artist had me check the shape several times throughout the appointment and repeatedly asked if they looked even. At the time, I had asked to lessen the arch, I trusted the process, but once I got home and looked at them from different angles, it became clear that they were uneven. One brow sits differently than the other, the shape isn't symmetrical, and they appear much heavier and more filled in than what I specifically requested. I understand that cosmetic tattooing heals and fades, but the uneven shape and overall design are not what I asked for. I now have to spend additional money to have another artist try to correct them, which is incredibly frustrating. I appreciate that she checked in with me throughout the appointment, but unfortunately the final result did not match what I requested or expected. This has been really upsetting, and I wouldn't have chosen this outcome for something as important as my eyebrows.

Time for an update!…read more I started going to her around covid time when my hair grew out and was, to my surprise, quite curly. Devi is the magician at cutting curly hair!! Never a bad cut. Always predictable. I've kept it "long-ish" because her cuts are so good. No clipper mania as I've had previously to her. She has been in the same location for all those years but recently moved to the back side of the building. In doing so, her shop's foot print is much larger. I cannot handle scented products - I have an allergic reaction to them due to some chronic conditions - and so Devi stocked and has maintained unscented shampoo, conditioner, and hair oil so I can still have a wash and dry at the end of my cuts! They also are the only person in the space besides me and are willing to mask upon request, so it's still a COVID-safe option in 2025. Hooray for disability justice! I love supporting this small business owner with so many shared identities, Devi just "gets it". 10/10 try them out and tell your friends!

She explained to me in detail what she was doing and why and handled my face very delicately. I now have super long, thick, luscious lashes a la Kardashian style and I LOVE them! It took about two hours and I spent it relaxing on a comfortable bed listening to great music while Whitney worked her magic. I don't know if I can ever go back to normal lashes again. Plus I no longer feel the need to wear eye make up; the lashes make my eyes pop and I feel so pretty! Saves me time on my morning make up routine too!
