I was surfing online thinking this place may be good, booked an appointment same day for 10am-12pm…read moredirectly from their website. There was no indication of business hours being different due to it being a holiday. It took me 15 minutes of driving around the same few blocks to find the business (it is on an older victorian house that was unlabeled). Went inside the house and saw a few different business signs to enter different suites in the house, had to ask a different business where to go, it is the upstairs suite that is unlit with no sign or direction to go upstairs. Walked upstairs to see a darkened suite, unkept, smudges on the glass table, scraps on the ground from tore up gift bags and paper. I am sure she just wasn't expecting someone to show up as it appears she may have taken the holiday off and not updated her booking calendar online. Bummer cause i work full time and this would have been a great opportunity to get this service. Hopefully i can rebook at a different business outside of regular business hours during the week sometime. Good thing i didn't have to pay in advance. Advice: An accurate calendar for booking appointments, communication on what to look for to find the location (even what street to park on) better lighting, any form of signage and being a bit cleaner will go a long way.

This was odd and I flagged the content of the message exchange in Yelp so they can facilitate whatever was occurring between Amy and I. I then copied and pasted my reply to Amy into VenMo, hoping Amy would see it and acknowledge her offer to refund me for part of the cost. I still have not received the refund Amy offered nor have I received any communication from her to clarify what she did intend to communicate or to proceed with a refund she offered.
