Okay, no biggie i know work gets busy. But then after my service, I went to go pay and the lady at the front told me it's $75 FOR MY HAIR CUT ???? For split ends ???? I confirmed the price with them at least 3 times before zelleing them. I had such a difficult day today before my appointment , I was not not in the mood to argue about this and I know if I said something it was not going to come out the right way. I booked my appointment with her at least a month in advance and was extremely pleased with my experience. She listened to exactly what I wanted and told me what levels of blonde were achievable for my hair. She was easy to converse with and was extremely personable. I shared with Stephanie that other previous stylists have taken at least 8-12+ hours to work on my hair during previous appointments (Because previous stylists have worked on multiple clients at the same time as my appointment). Before my appointment, I did let her know how hard sitting for long hours is tough on my chronic back pain. Stephanie mentioned I would be in the chair for at least 6 hours, and as promised, I was in the chair for that long with no other clients being worked on during my appointment. It's important for me to not only have a stylist who can provide great service, but to also have a stylist whose primary focus is me (For example, I've had other stylists leave me in the chair for hours, not even checking on my foils). She was every bit of attentive and I appreciate this so much more than she knows. Stephanie shared that she typically only sees 1-3 clients each day as she wants to be attentive to each client she works on. I know I will be coming back again as it's important for me to feel prioritized during my appointment, instead of me sitting in the chair for hours.
