My appointment is at 430- I show up to check in at 437 (granted I'm aware I'm a few minutes late because of a last minute family matter I needed to tend to- totally my fault) The check in girl says, I can't get you in anymore because we have a 9 minute late policy. I say it hasn't been 9 minutes and she says "yea it's because they won't have enough time to do your service" ..... how does she that make any sense?! You have a 9 minute late policy, I get here before the 9 minutes but then you say you still can't see more before the grace period is up. And of course there's no more availability the day. What frustrates me is when companies incorporate these policy's but then don't stick to them. Like they took a completely accommodating experience and managed to make it inconvenient.
