The first time I came here I was very happy. Not so much the second time. The lashes used on me were thick and plastic like. Not anything like the first time. From far away they looked decent but up close they were really bad. I ended up paying over $100 and just 5 days later paying someone else to remove them. She made me feel at ease during the whole procedure, periodically checking in to see if I needed anything. She recommended that I start with medium length lashes, which turned out just the way I liked them, natural yet still having a subtle pop.
