When I…read morefirst walked in and told her that I had found her on Groupon and showed her the price it was listed at ($41), I explained that I didn't purchase it through there because I knew Groupon takes a lot of the money and I wanted it to go to her. She claimed they took more out than they were supposed to and that it was really $51, even though I literally could have purchased it through Groupon for $41. However, I shrugged it off because it was still a pretty good deal, or so I thought. While we were talking, she was honestly probably the rudest person I think I've ever met in my life, and I wanted to get up and walk out while she was doing my pedicure. But she was halfway through, so I let her finish. Then we moved on to my nails. It was closing time, and all she seemed worried about was getting out of there, so she was rushing. She told me that they don't cut cuticles or trim hangnails and that you're not supposed to. Since when did that become a thing? She said this is what my nails were supposed to look like and wouldn't touch them or clean them up--she was just going to paint polish over them. I told her no thanks. She still made me pay the $41, and I even tipped her $11 ($51 total), even though, in reality, I should have just paid the Groupon price for the pedicure since she didn't do anything to my nails. Then, weirdly and rudely, she walked over to me and started trying to take the foam flip-flops off my feet without saying anything. It felt like she was acting as if I couldn't leave with them, which made no sense since no one is going to reuse them. I asked her why she was ignoring me because I had been trying to ask her a question, and she said, "I'm trying to close this shop up." At that point, I said, "You know what, have a nice night," and left. I should have asked for my $11 tip back. Quite frankly, I shouldn't have paid as much as I did at all. I'm honestly blown away--I would never, ever recommend this place.

Cleanliness is questionable. No gloves or handwashing was observed. But, I never saw them thread anyone either so, maybe it happens and I just didn't witness it.
