1 star. Om Eyebrows? Om no! After sitting and waiting for an entire episode of Guy's Grocery Games, I finally left. Zero communication from the ladies when I walked in. No questions about service or updates on the wait. Nuthin. The place was not very tidy and the ladies were extremely slow. They clearly do more eyelashes than eyebrows here. Cleanliness is questionable. No gloves or handwashing was observed. But, I never saw them thread anyone either so, maybe it happens and I just didn't witness it. Definitely not my kinda spot, but it may be perfect for you. I won't be returning. read more

My eyebrows do look good to me but they made me bleed at the bottom kind of. Please if you get your eyelashes done don't get them at this place if you looking for more natural and not plastic it's good that I could peel them right off with little to no struggle. The prices are cheap though so that's good. read more

After having to switch to exclusively getting my eyebrows threaded I'm so thankful I found OM eyebrows! The ladies who work there are always so friendly, quick, and consistently do a great job. I've only gotten my eyebrows threaded and lip waxed but they also offer lashes and tinting. This is a place you can walk in without an appointment which I find very convenient and their prices are very affordable. While the strip mall this business is in could use some tlc, the salon is very clean and minimal. They are always great about wiping things down in between clients as well. Overall if you're looking for a quick, and affordable eyebrow place, this is it! read more

I found this business on Yelp after the person that did my eyebrows for years moved. There is always a line but it moves quickly. Most people choose to go to a specific person, but I'm not particular because I only get my brows cleaned up, not shaped or lashes. I believe it's $8 and worth ever bit of that. They got me in and out! Not much to really tell, I got my Brows and lashes done. There a little hair leftover, but nothing I couldn't fix myself. I find that at any brow place once you go in for correction it always ends up being too much lol. Will definitely come again. I also don't usually wear mink strips, these were a good job for only $12. I normally pay $75 at my usual lash tech for individual mink lashes. read more

If you live on the east side, go here! If you need something for the low, this is the place. I got my eyebrows waxed(they do threading too) and got individual lashes done for only $19 for both. Did a very nice clean up job for the price I paid. They do walk ins. You do have to pay for your services before they start on you though. If you don't like to pay upfront, I don't suggest coming. read more

The first time I visited Om Eyebrows was out of necessity. I was going to be appearing on camera for a project at work and my brows were in need of a lot of attention. I was between paychecks and it was too late to get in to any brow place that required an appointment. I had never had my brows threaded but I had heard other girls rave about it and for $7, I was going to take the risk. Honestly, I was very apprehensive when I realized this shop was in strip mall that had honestly seen much better days. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find the salon to be very clean and updated despite being rather empty. There's not a lot of decor or ambience, but I don't go there for that, so it's fine with me! Besides being crazy affordable, the staff is very nice and they do the work very quickly. I was very surprised how quickly I got in and out. As for the quality, I will say this: As long as I live in Indianapolis and this shop is in business, I won't go anywhere else. I was very impressed at how clean and beautiful they made my brows look. I even have a scar in one eyebrow that causes it to grow differently than the other, but with attention to detail and a little extra time, they always seem to get them pretty darn even. This place is rad. I live less than a mile away and when I saw the line on a Saturday morning, I knew I was going in the right direction. These women are fast and efficient. They offer a variety of options for your brows and lashes. I paid $15 for a brow wax and tint a week ago. The tint and the shape are still going very strong. The parking lot can look a little beat up sometimes, but I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone on the east side. read more

Three stars because of the cleanliness of the place, the stations were noticeably dirty with eyelash extensions all over the place, they need to clean up and take pride in their workspaces. I almost didn't go in because of where it is located but because of the high reviews I decided to go ahead. The technician did a pretty good job not more that I could get somewhere else so I wouldn't go back, especially when it is not clean, the wax bowl was propped up and didn't look clean either. So it makes me nervous to have them use wax that may not be clean. read more

I ran in to get my eyebrows threaded. They had a $7 special going on. Service was fast and friendly. The inside was nice and clean. After one eyebrow the lady had me check to make sure I liked it and asked if I wanted it thinner, which I appreciated. My eyebrows look great! read more

This place is pretty inexpensive compared to others I've tried and not too crowded. They did a thorough job. The women was quick, and paid attention to detail. However, I have pretty full eyebrows and she shaped them offly skinny. Maybe thats my fault for not giving direction. I explicitly explained what I wanted done with my eyebrows and that I needed them cleaned up and evened out. I understand that having your eyebrows done is no walk in the park, but what they did was so incredibly painful. The younger woman who did them threaded them SO SLOWLY, it was ridiculous. OM Eyebrows is a place I do not recommend! One in particular is very rude! I went there a couple of times because the one I usually go to was unavailable. I have had eyebrows/lashes. Today (it had been awhile) went there and needed one eye re-done. They wanted me to pay up front which is strange and wanted to charge me $5.00 more for one eye opposed to getting both done. I questioned that and the rude heavy set one refused my service after I only questioned the price hike!! Also told me to not come back. Don't worry I don't pay money for rudeness and also in between that she spoke to other one in another language! Guess she was talking about me! Just plain rude!!!!!!!!!!!!! Found this place on my way to the dollar store and boy was I happy to find this place!!!! The wait wasn't long, three people ahead of me. I threaded my eyebrows and upper lip both which took no time at all, considering my eyebrows were a mess.
