Nonetheless I left confident that I would look good for the upcoming event fast forward to the next day( day of event) and I'm having to rush back in to get a repair. Only after I refused to pay the fee stating per protocol that my lash was covered was the manager contacted. My lash was replaced. Less than 24 hours after the replacement my lash was lifting again. The owner was contacted and rudely stopped responding when asked to rectify the situation caused by faulty service given in her location.

Eyebrow threading was $11, in and out in less than 5 mins! The woman was quick, asked for my approval after the service, and applied some slow gel to help with redness. The staff didn't seem to clean their hands between patrons and used the same pair of scissors for brow trimming without wiping down between people.
