I am usually skeptical of trying new nail places, but after seeing the high ratings HV has, I knew it was worth a try! I scheduled my appointment for 4/24, but when I was about to leave, my phone alerted me that there was a tornado warning in my area and it was unsafe to drive. Luckily, I was able to call HV and easily reschedule my appointment to 5/25 with no problems! Upon my arrival, I was immediately greeted with a cold water and directed to my massage chair. I waited for about 10 minutes before a nail tech came over and started my treatment, which was no problem for me at all, but both the technician and the manager on duty were so apologetic and even added on extra time to my leg massage to make up for it! The way everyone goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction is what makes the prices at HV worth it. I was super impressed with my gel pedicure and my acrylic manicure, and I especially appreciated that the nail techs asked me several times throughout the process to make sure I liked everything. The design I got turned out even better than the inspo pic from Pinterest, and they have lasted over 2 weeks with no chipping or breaking! HV Nails is certainly on the pricier side, but trust me when I say you get your money's worth!
