She unfortunately didn't have the time to do my hair but called one her workers and I thought this person was trained and had experience, but I should've just walked out of the place as soon as I heard the owner telling her employee what number to use for the bottom, middle, and top of my hair. She clearly said 30 bottom, mid 20 and top 5, and when the owner was still there, her employee forgot that she made a mixture and the other mixture was prepared by the owner, and she put 20 bottom, which was not the order the owner said. Since I noticed the mistake, I asked both if they were sure it was not going to mess up my hair and both of them said no. After that, the owner left and while my hair was wet, it seemed good and I thought it was going to be great. But no! the lady left a clear visible line on top and the color was definitely not what I showed them, and on top of that, the lady who did my hair had the audacity of telling me that I was angry since the beginning! unbelievable.... I was disappointed when she mixed up the colors and did not even remember what she put on my hair... and on top of that, she said "I have never had a client like her" and before that she said "we all make mistakes!" but not with someone's hair! specifically, when the person had to go her office looking all ridiculous because someone did not pay attention to what they were doing! my hair is extremely important for me and I'm extremely disappointed, they were nice enough to say we are only charging 175.00 half of the price!!!! really half! I did not know I had to pay! to get my hair damaged!!!! i should've left with out getting charged anything!!! for the awful work they did on my hair and. I'm extremely sad and extremely disappointed in this place. She tried to fix it but still was not what I wanted.

She literally offers all the beauty treatments and services that you can think of but she absolutely rocks hair color and make up. Today I got a regular ends trim and the hair Botox done. My hair is pin straight and super soft. I also got a lash lift and tint and it looks like I have falsies on! If you want to get anything beauty related done please come visit. Recently, they had someone new do my lashes and she didn't do a great job and I'm sure they were aware of it because they gave me a discount. Some of the extensions were basically glued to my eyelid, causing a buildup of dirt that I couldn't clean properly. When I went in for a fill, they told me they did me a favor by taking all of the old lashes off and not charging me for it. I had been at the salon for 2.5 hours and they asked me to come back the next day for them to put on a few more lashes. I won't be returning.

My appointment was scheduled for 5:30 PM with Salam, yet I was finished and paid by 6:12 PM. That's less than 45 minutes from start to finish, and that doesn't include the time it took to check in, get undressed, or check out afterward. The entire service felt rushed, and I absolutely did not receive the time I paid for. The next day, after receiving an email asking for a review, I reached out directly to the owner (who was also the one who did my facial) to express how disappointed I was in the length and the quality of the service - less than 45 minutes and 15 minutes of that time I laid there with a mask on. Instead of acknowledging my concern or offering an apology, she insisted that I came early and that the facial was "exactly one hour," which is simply not true. I responded that I had proof -- including my meter receipt from down the block at 5:16 PM and my payment receipt from their business at 6:12 PM -- clearly showing the total time spent was under an hour. She was dismissive and mentioned she had already given me a 10% discount, but that was just their standard first-time customer promo and had nothing to do with this issue. She said she would send me before-and-after photos, as they would have timestamps, but she never replied back after that. I assume it's because those photos would confirm the service was far much shorter than claimed. Overall, the service was extremely rushed, and the owner's responses were unprofessional, and lacked any accountability.
