Beth should stop hairdressing ASAP. Not only is she absolutely terrible with time management, but her execution is worse than her process. She made us come back twice because she over booked , we missed school with my sister to wait outside of her salon for TWO HOURS, just for her to say ," sorry I'm stuck in riviera beach maybe another day". She cashed my payment on Groupon so I can't get it back just cough it up as a loss. The positive reviews must be either 1) not for her 2) bought 3) family friends. I'm never one to write a bad review, but this really irked me. I used an outside app to book a blowout appointment. I then called her to confirm it, and she called back and said, great, see you Saturday! She then cancelled the appointment 10 min before I got there, and never notified me. I called when I arrived and waited around for a good 20+ minutes and no one showed up. I traveled a good 35 minutes to get to this salon, so I was pretty irked at that. Bad business practice. I hate giving bad reviews, but Beth really botched my haircut and I have been feeling self conscious about it since the cut back in January. The first time I came, I showed her a picture of my old haircut. Her cut turned out nothing like what I showed her and the layers came out uneven. I went back to get it fixed and the layers came out even worse and so choppy! I have been feeling self conscious ever since and been feeling horrible about the way I look. I'm not sure where the disconnect was, but I left feeling extremely upset. It's been 3 months and my hair has still not grown out to the point where I can get it re-cut because the layers were so short. read more

I bought a Groupon for full highlights and wanted to try her out; I have gone to many others in the past and have paid crazy amount of money to walk out of the salon with looking like it was time to have my hair done again due to the stylist not getting close to my roots and having what I call a raccoon look on each side of my head when my hair is pulled back. Finding a professional that knows how to do blonde has been a struggle for me. I have very fine/thin hair so that can be a challenge for a stylist but meeting Beth and explaining my issues of past she did an AMAZING job and I LOVE LOVE the results. I was also kind of unsure of how I wanted my hair cut and usually not that picky as I wear it up most of the time, after discussing the kind of look I was aiming for she nailed it and let's just say I will be wearing my hair down more. MY HAIR HAS NEVER BEEN SO DAMAGED AND I PAYED HER SO MUCH MORE TIPPING HER BECAUSE OF HER MISTAKE I HAD TO KEEP COMING BACK!!!! I had my appointment in July, its now almost December and I still hate the way I look even after getting my hair fixed somewhere else! My boyfriend had to take me since he felt so bad for me after going multiple times and spending so much more!! Go to a real salon with a professional please!! I ended up spending close to 140 and still in November I hate my hair every time I look in the mirror because of her damage.... If you want to read what happened: I spent so much on this that it really wasn't a deal. My first appointment was long, not only did I wait, but whenever we were speaking Beth would stop doing my hair as she spoke. I let her know that I did have to be at work, and she said that I should have really given more time for my appointment then. (2.5+ hours wasn't enough for a partial highlight). Midway through the power goes out, not her fault! We dealt with the issue and she had me sit outside hoping that the heat from the sun would activate the chemicals. I had to get my wash in the dark and she mentioned I can come back for the cut. There was NO mention of, "I put highlighting product in your hair while you held your phones flashlight then you had to sit outside in the sun. If this doesn't come out right then we'll highlight it again!" So, a few days pass and she messages me how I'm doing how I like my hair, and I say yeah Its nice but I definitely want to come back. She took that as I like how my hair came out even without her cutting it or properly highlighting it so she didn't even offer to actually fix any of my hair- I had to ask at the salon before and now this is MY second time asking her to fix my hair when I said it didn't come out the way I wanted it. So fast forward to well over a week later (After my Birthday which I had purchased this for the occasion bc she couldn't get me in). I a still want to get it done. I confirm the time with her, and then I get a text right when I'm leaving that she's going to be late, postponing the appointment by over an hour. Okay. So I confirm again that I'm coming and she is doing someone else's hair still. So, now I wait at her salon for 45 Minutes. (I confirmed again! She could have just told me to wait longer at home but instead I have to wait in her small cube salon not even on a real chair bc there is no waiting area). Then she gets to do my hair and it is going okay but I really didn't need to know that the reason the appointment was pushed several hours was because she couldn't wake up??? Time is so important and she mentioned how she doesn't make a lot of money from the Groupon deals so she doesn't make them a priority. Great. I just had to sit there and listen to her make fun of other clients how annoying they are if they want good services and only buy a Groupon or how someone with brown hair wanted platinum blonde hair so she left a huge root gap because who does that? At this point, I don't even trust her as she literally tearing through my hair ripping it apart. My hair is down almost to my waist and it doesn't get that long by brushing it like a horse tail- what hair dresser brushes hair or treats hair worse than the client that is paying them? Then- to top it all off to SAVE TIME she uses this glorified flat iron to fry to tinfoil strips with high heat to dry it rather than me sitting in the chair (Because she was late) which Is what I think completely denatured my hair :( I don't even own a flat iron because its bad for your hair and I have naturally straight hair. My blonde hair just needed highlights and a trim for my birthday but this was obviously too much to ask. read more

The first time I went it was fine. I had a Groupon. But I was still charged almost $300. When it came time to come back for my highlights and a cut with my same picture of how I wanted my hair. She was already working on someone else. So she was going back between two heads. When she was Done it look like a elementary school kid had done my hair. I was so upset. But I had to leave to go out of town so I was going to come back. I paid over 300 for that visit and a tip, boy am I an idiot. My hair was so messed it's hard to comprehend. So when I came back again she had somebody else in the timeslot and doing two heads. I said I wanted highlights brighter lights from the very beginning so she put the chemicals in my hair put me under the dryer and forgot about me never checked it until it was too late and my hair was fried. I've since Asked for my money back. And no answer. If you go to spend $300 you should do one head at a time. And stop running your mouth talking about your business and yourself and focus on your customer. I'm 62 I'm already losing my hair and my hair is Burnt off. So will be a long time before my hair is right. Taking the time to do the job that is being paid for. read more
