My new lashes are beautiful, soft, natural looking, and most importantly, super comfortable! I'm so glad i came to Keicos to get them repaired right away instead of suffering for another 2 weeks. There was a miscommunication about one of the services I received. They had three employees get involved just to explain it to me. I felt like I was put on display. They were being really loud about it and making me uncomfortable. I ended up just paying so I wouldn't be embarrassed. The second issue was regarding Venmo. Recently they started accepting Venmo for payment but apparently they no longer are accepting Venmo. This wasn't communicated to me beforehand. The owner told me next time to check with him first. He was polite about it but after the other ordeal it just felt like a frustrating experience. UPDATE: The owner reached out to me afterwards to apologize for how it was handled.
