Sorry, I really can't recommend this salon to anyone. Yes, the interior is beautiful and modern. But other than that, there's nothing luxurious about getting manicure/pedicure services here. They charge crazy high prices compared to every salon in the area, and for what??? There's nothing special about the products they use here. The service isn't terrible, but it's not outstanding either. I wasn't happy with my pedicure. The employee wasn't friendly and she did a messy job around the edges of my toenails. On the plus side, I really liked my gel manicure done by Grace. I requested a peach-theme. She was gentle and took her time. Regular Pedicure: $36 Gel Manicure: $46 Gel Manicure with designs: $56+ These prices are lowkey robbery. I walked in without an appointment the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, so I understand that it was busy. However on Sunday afternoon, the nail polish began lifting (see picture). I don't live in the area so I can't come in to get it fixed, otherwise I would have given them another chance. I understand that I came in at a busy time without a prior appointment so I didn't complain at the time when my technician didn't first ask me to wash my hands after filing the nail beds, didn't properly cure the nails by making sure the gel lamp was on for the full 60 seconds, or when the sides were left messy and that there wasn't any polish leftover on surrounding skin or when she cut into my cuticle. But it's really disappointing that the polish has already begun lifting after only a couple of days. Otherwise, I thought it was fine. But just to let others know that if you do not have an appointment on a busy day, you may end up receiving a pretty sloppy manicure. I would have appreciated them just saying that I couldn't be fit in, so I could have gone somewhere else or made an appointment for later. read more

I've been looking for a good nail salon around in Bergen county and finally found one!! Briana is absolutely amazing and she did an awesome job on my nails. I wanted my nails to be in almond shape with swirl designs. I showed her a picture and she did an art. I didn't want it to be too much/extra so definitely like the way that it came out. Also the process of making an appointment was so smooth and flexible. I got in a traffic but they easily changed my appointment time. The interior was also nice, very calming. My husband loves coming here, especially for their pedicures and eyebrow waxes, and after finally joining him I know why- it's so relaxing and gorgeous inside. You are paying above average prices but it's worth it for the royal treatment you receive! Everything is clean and updated. I am not too familiar with places around the bergen area so I always rely on reviews to pick a spot. Based on yelp reviews, I decided to try out this nail salon. To be honest, I had some trouble finding parking as there is a very small parking lot with lots of other stores. However, this lady (I think the owner) was very kind and let me park in her spot. When I arrived, they asked if I wanted anything to drink like coffee. I got a gel french manicure ($50) and I have very short nails but they were able to deliver exactly what I wanted. The lady paid attention to details and made sure the lines were perfect. She really took her time. She also gave me a short massage! This is definitely a high quality salon. I got a manicure and pedicure on Christmas Eve...Salon space was super clean. One star off because the space was amazing but I'm pretty annoyed that my middle finger was cut when the technician was cutting my cuticles (even though I asked her to stop). This is a nice nail spot. Clean and friendly. The 3 stars is for the extreme overcharges for the services. I don't know about you, but I do not want to spend $70 + tip on a gel pedicure. I could see if that service came with some other notable add on's. But I did pay that. And of course I tipped well. The nail tech was very nice and did a fine job. Still not worth $70 bucks. They destroyed my nails. My usual nail tech was not available so I came here. Horrible mistake. The overall experience was very uncomfortable. I scheduled to do a gel manicure and regular pedicure. The person working on my toes did not say a word to me even after she made my toes bleed. She saw that my toes got smudged and did not offer to fix it. She made me feel unwelcome. Because of this I decided against getting a manicure due to the low quality of service and finish product from my pedicure. I opted to get my gel removed which was a major mistake. They sanded down my nail paper thin. My nails cracked and broke the same day. I sent the photo to my nail tech and she said their method destroys the nails. read more

Amazing salon!! I found this salon based on reviews and I must say that it was a great experience! Had my appointment at 1pm but they even called me to let me know I could come earlier if I wanted to after another appointment got cancelled. They will open late on thursdays too. They have a membership program and will send you specials and coupons. I both my pedi and gel mani with Anna.. guys she's the sweetest and most professional technician I've had in a long time. I liked the fact that I had the same technician for both mani and pedi and she was very thourough and took her time to do it right! Showed her a picture of the nails I wanted from Pinterest and she had the picture in front of her the whole time :) The owner was very nice and was walking around asking customers if they were ok and offered hot and cold beverages. After losing interest in having my hands abused at Chic Shop in Leonia, decided to look for a new nail spot. This place is super nice inside. It's big and spacious with a semi-lux spa feel. They have a Keurig machine and various types of tea and refreshments on a table in the back. Fairly large polish color selection. The woman who did my nails was very nice and gentle and I think she did a good polish application. Only once did she have to use her nail to sop up leaking polish in my cuticles. Her massage was brief but relaxing. Regular manicure was $12, not sure about mani-pedi combo. It was virtually empty on Thursday around noon when I went. Will definitely be back. Grace was lovely on the phone & when I arrived. Wendy was the young lady who took care of me. She was gentle, thorough & professional. Splendid is the right word for it. The place is clean, quiet and relaxing. The fees are a little higher the the dozens of nail places in the nearby towns, but it is worth every penny. You are not rushed, you are pampered. I always had the best experience with splendid nails but left today in such a terrible mood. 1. $46 for a subpar gel mani where they don't paint from the bottom of nail beds and leave a space, it looked like a week old mani (this was a new staff so maybe that's why) 2. The instruments were wrapped so I'm assuming they are sanitized after every use. The woman that helped me was very friendly, efficient,and fast. My manicure was very nice and neatly done.
