But I just feel compelled…read moreto say multiple reasons why I am disappointed and dissatisfied with everything from pricing to knowledge to accuracy to on time for appointments from start to finish. I did not go to my last appointment as supposedly I was told that I agreed to tip them. My facial procedure which was supposed to deliver certain results did next to nothing and burned my face for close to a week where I could not even leave my apt. I paid so much for this although I was supposedly given a deal. I went back for a follow up and was told it could take 6 months to see differences it's close to 5/6 and I see nothing. I do use sunscreen and wear hats in the sun. Needless to say their "dr" left and I feel like this was a complete joke and lie and I paid way too much. Next I did laser hair removal on my lip and chin. I did 9 of 10 sessions and I still have hair growth. I do not think missing the last one was going to make it increasingly better. I did 10 of 10 laser removal Brazilian which doesn't include bikini line. I did decline the backside of the procedure. My hair has regrown in my Brazilian region. I asked a few questions about silver hair growing back after laser ( hair that I didn't have prior )and I was spoken to like I was an idiot for asking because the laser doesn't work on grey or light hair. I never had it .. I have very dark hair and it was just a question but I was not treated in a kind patient way. Treated as if I was a nuisance. And basically a $$ sign to their new business. I spent well over 6k on procedures that not only didn't work but was given not friendly treatments. I walk past the building front which is so ugly for our neighborhood and all I think is my waste of $ and time. Especially now that my hair is growing back I find it so unattractive and disgusting that they took my $ and I got less than. As well as my unsuccessful face procedure that I don't even know the name of but the machine and technician have left. I am leaving this review and lengthy one to disuade anyone thinking of going for laser hair removal or other treatments to either A) avoid or B) ask them what to expect after 9/10 sessions. Is regrowth normal to some degree And big mistake on them ; they continuously change appt times and run late. That is unacceptable in a service business. I would not return even if they said they would offer me touch ups free of charge. If they wanted to make it right they would reverse some of my 6k spent. I feel like I was given an unjust price for subpar experience.

But the one-star reviews give you the real story on their total incompetence, especially when it comes to answering phones and handling emergencies. Trust those. I have seen plenty of dentists, but these people operate like highway robbers. They bait you over the phone with a decent estimate, but the second you walk in, the quote magically doubles. They will try to upsell you on absolutely everything. It took me three visits to fully catch on to their scam. The biggest red flag is just how desperate they are for cash. I was literally in the dental chair, prepped and ready for the doctor to recement my crowns. Before he even started, the front desk staff marched up to my chair with a credit card machine demanding payment. I have never experienced anything so unprofessional in my life. And of course, even on my way out the door, they were still pushing deep cleanings. Jeez! The final straw was calling them early in the morning for an emergency extraction. They flat out refused to see me, told me to wait three days, and just offered to call in some pain meds instead. Disgusting. I immediately found another dentist who took care of it that same day and provided way better service than these insurance thieves ever did. The waiting room might look cute, but the back office reminds you are in the hood. If your gut is telling you to avoid this place, listen to it. You can find far better dental care in NYC, and ironically, you will probably pay a lot less for it.

They have the best staff (at least the ones that I interacted with). My dentist is Dr Falguni Patel, who I believe is owner. She makes the whole procedure look so easy/comfortable, you literally tend to forget the pain. Another positive point about this place is that they're open on Saturdays too, which makes life much easier. They're great with following through. Lately they've started texting/emailing me to remind that my dental cleaning is due soon. The frequency of texts/emails is less than once a month, which, at least for me, is perfect number. In waiting area, they've a massage chair, which, of course, is convenient. You need to be lucky to get a parking spot on the street though (well, that's a problem in every corner of Manhattan, right?). However, subway stop is right at the corner of their block. I'll wrap up this review with recommending this dental clinic to everybody. Ask for Dr Falguni Patel. She is the nicest dentist..ever! You'll thank me later.

The dental assistants were caring and funny. Dr. Lieberman was awesome as well; he educated us and helped provide a plan for our further appointments. Let me not forget the hygienist!
