The first hair store I chose for some reason I backed out; I selected this store as the second store and the GPS took me here. Parking; Metered street Atmosphere: Trendy with cool lights Store: organized and clean Service: the gentleman and a woman greeted me when I walked through the door and to my surprise this hair store is black owned!!!!! I haven't been in a black owned hair store this sell weave hair. Oh the feeling I had while walking through the store! This was an awesome feeling!!!! The gentleman (who I believe was the owner) was very knowledgeable about the faux loc hair. He walked around the store with me showing me products because I told him I knew nothing about braids. He recommended products I could use to maintain my faux locs. This location has been around 2 years. At the end of my purchase they offered me a snack. Overall, I enjoyed my service and purchases. I will be back. This is a buy black experience that was positive.

Often times I go to a beauty supply store and I get dirty looks from the staff, staring me down as if they waiting for me to steal something. Sometimes I may get a hello and sometimes I don't but I'll definitely get watched and stalked around the store while looking to purchase some makeup or natural hair products smh!! It was refreshing to enter a store being greeted by one of the Hafiz sisters. Their store has great hair care products such as cantu and other natural hair products. Prices were reasonable as well! They only been open for two months and my spirit tells me that as the months go on they will move to greatness!! Thank you Hafiz sisters for the pleasant shopping experience!
